First time here, Everyone was so kind and patient. From start to finish my daughter seen 3 people and I have to say I feel her eye appointment was very thorough. The optometrist explained her checkup and great detail and answered all questions . We are new to this. right down to making sure the frames fit perfect and adjusting them. Overall it was a great experience!!!! thank you for taking cate of my daughter.

Been a customer for 8+ years and never had a problem. Friendly staff and customer service. I recommend to everyone for affordable glasses/contacts!

No complaints on the physician as I have gone to Dr. Munoz for over 20yrs however his staff does not meet his work ethic especially Rebecca. She is not friendly for front desk personnel.

ABCG Nothing really bad to say about this place. I’ve been here for over 15 years. Every year for my contacts. No issues. Managers are good. Everyone is nice. They price match too. Needless to say, even if they treated me bad, I would still come here because they are local to me and prices are always good. Highly recommended

The tech who did the preliminary tests was great. Sweet, descriptive and patient. However, the Dr. was not. We haven’t been to this office in a couple years. I now remember why there were reasons. Although knowledgeable, his manner is rude. He was impatient and rushed my 9 year old son. Making me doubt my son has the right prescription. His comment to my son, “come on, we’ve got to get this moving. “ while he was deciding between two frames of sight. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll call out my kids if they are taking their time, but Dr had literally asked the question, “1 or 2?” Maybe it’s my fault for bringing a kid to him. Lesson learned.

Amazing energy, enthusiasm and knowledge. These are the words I would use to describe Dr Pham and her team. I had difficulty getting my bi-focal contacts right and they worked through a long process to make sure I was happy. Will be a return customer for sure.

Minimal wait, staff was courteous and thorough. Doctors were amazing, have used several when my primary wasn't available and no complaints to date. Highly recommend.

I have been going to MEI for a year. I have had to go to the Rochester location as my local MEI has a new Doctor and does not take my insurance. Let me start by saying the Doctor I saw at the Rochester location was great. The staff however is horrendous. The staff person who saw me first and had to test my eyes ( I have severe nearsightedness and have vision impairment) she was singing loudly while putting drops in my eyes and she did not know the equipment. She was singing and dancing in the room I was in and I wanted to leave but i needed to see the Doctor. I was mortified. She was testing my eyes for dryness and could not figure out what to do. She was singing. I saw the Doctor finally and upon checking out the front line staff were loudly gossiping about their clients and talking so poorly about the patients and the Doctor’s. I just paid and will never go back. This place is a catastrophe.
