My husband and I both got glasses from Vision Works. It was an excellent experience all around and we're very pleased. After I got home I realized I needed the progressive lenses. I called and they said no problem, just pay the difference and they will change them. The people are extremely competent and nice. I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff was very courteous and helpful to me. They explained everything to me in away that I understood. I would recommend my family and friends to this doctor.

Dr. Jaber went above and beyond for my eye exam and contact lenses fitting! I felt comfortable and he was very knowledgeable, explaining the results of my retinal imaging and solutions for maintaining eye health. Their selection of glasses is worth checking out too, his team was super friendly and helpful!

Been going g there over 50 years. First to Dr San. Arbital. Now I see Lori Arbital. They have both been wonderful

Former Dr. Jacob's patient here. I was hesitant at first about new ownership but once I walked in, it had the same warm feeling it always has. Also glad to see that Dave is still there doing his excellent job he always has. Dr. Yoo took the time to listen to my concerns about my eyes and to offer solutions. I most definitely am happy with the transition and feel very comfortable continuing to be a patient there regularly.

Dr. Lauer is a great optometrist who really seems to care about his patients and their vision and eye health. His office has become very busy, no doubt due to all the happy customers.

I’ve been going here for many years and have had scheduling issues many of those. They will call and reschedule because the Dr. That the appointment was scheduled with no longer works there. Why wait till the day of the appointment to notify the patient. I had an appointment scheduled in April this year and took off from work since . They called 3 hours before by confirmed appointment and said the needed to reschedule me for 2 weeks later. Told them I needed to check my schedule and they told me to just call back if I needed to reschedule. When I check my schedule and called back to let them know that the new appointment they had instead on would not work as I had a commitment for work that could not be changed. They informed me that they could not get me in before August. Seriously, you don’t care about your patients. Not only have I already missed a day of your because of your incompetence, but now I have to wait another 3 months because you weren’t willing to fix your scheduling mistake. Totally unacceptable.

Ingrid at this target optical location was amazing!! Was super nice & friendly from the get go she made getting prescription glasses & sunglasses super easy. Definitely coming back here for my yearly checkups & any glasses related needs!

Great office staff and excellent doctor. I am a patient of approximately 15 years after having corneal transplant surgery.
