I so appreciate that my eye doctor is available to see me on a Saturday. That's a unique thing that other medical practitioners should make available

I love this office! I was able to complete my paperwork prior to my appointment. The Front desk staff is very nice and welcoming. The assistants are very nice and helpful throughout the examination. Dr. Vance was amazing. She was very thorough, explaining my diagnosis. Great experience overall!

Dr. Derek Quan is amazing at what he does and he always has a smile on his face and knows how to crack a joke the prices are cheap and the frames are nice

Meghan was amazing! I needed to replace my Silhouette glasses after they broke. I called a couple other places who either weren't knowledgeable or didn't want to replace the frames. Meghan identified which frames fit my lenses and even pulled them out before I arrived. She then replaced the frames and fitted them. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Highly recommend this place for new glasses!

The process and testing is is seamless and straightforward. So many amazing options and opportunities to improve your vision while there. The most important part though, the ENTIRE staff is absolutely incredible!!

Was in desperate need of some new contacts, but my prescription had expired. Called them up to see what their prices were for a contact exam without insurance as in the past wal-mart has typically had the best prices for exams. I was quoted at $149 just for the exam. At other wal-marts in the past I’ve paid $50-75. It’s absurd to expect someone to pay that much for an exam at a wal-mart. I was able to instead schedule an exam at America’s best for the next day for only $99. Saw a couple other dedicated vision stores around town also offering the same price. Only schedule an exam here if you want to get ripped off.

Irvine office. Doctor and staff did a great job overall. I felt well attended too. The office was busy with patients (I take that as a sign of a good doctor). The staff was able to attend to all patients well. The waiting room is smallish and has 9 chairs for patients only. Any guests (example: driver, for your return home with dilated eyes) are asked to wait outside of the waiting room. I noticed 4 guests that waited outside in the hall (some of them 60yrs+ older and siting on the floor). Each appointment is estimated to take 2hrs. My only feedback would be informing first time patients of this information (patient only waiting room, and appointment length) prior to appointment day.

Tried to call this place for days to get my contact prescription so I could order more before my insurance changed. No one answered. Ever. Left many voice mails, nothing. I finally left work early and physically drove to the office. Arrive twenty minutes before they are supposed to close. No one is there and it is locked. REALLY REALLY frustrating. Cost me my contacts insurance discount this year.

I think I have the best ophthalmologist in the Twin Cities. Dr. Patterson takes time with me, has followed my eye needs well, has a wonderful bedside manner and I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends.
