Receptionist is rude and angry .. she treated us like we are begging for service. Tried to check for prices for lenses the lady was helpful but she looked at us and was surprised that I want to get 2 pairs ?? Insurance only pays for one !! She looked down at us .. and she was skeptics that we can afford to buy glasses there .. she did not realise that we are in the medical field and own a business . Customer service is top priority for any business and these 2 ladies do not want to work … I only went there because I was affiliated with Henry Ford and love my hospital .. one star is too high .. need to teach their employees how to be nice to customers

I love this office! Dr. Morris and Maryanne are wonderful! They always take their time with me and answer all of my questions in a very professional manner.

Brent Norman is an intelligent gentleman. He is also a well educated, experienced and professional educator/clinician. Saw Dr. Catando for a much needed eye exam after years of eye strain throughout the course of law school. Dr. Catando used the latest technology to exam my eyes and made me realize just how much better my quality of life could be with the use of a prescription pair of glasses for temporary use. Dr. Catando was very thorough in his explanation of my situation, extremely friendly, and just overall reassuring throughout the entire visit. Somehow my eye appointment was the best part of my day... 5/5 stars!

So glad I took my family here. Dr. Tran is awesome and great at explaining everything. Also my first time someone used my eye insurance and didn’t overcharge me!

I have very high expectations of customer service, and they always exceed my expectations. staff helped me choose great frames, and when I had an issue with my vision benefit, they helped me to resolve. And they have fantastic. Follow up service after purchase. Highly, highly recommend.
