Went in today for a routine eye exam and couldn’t have be more happy with the experience. The online appointment system was simple and had plenty of availability. The showroom is clean and well stocked with glasses to try on. Dr Tran is friendly and explained every step of the eye exam amazingl. Manny was very professional and helped me price out and find my next set of glasses. 10/10 Recommend 💪🏽

ATTN: I just cannot say enough about the amazing Dr. Kowalski and his fabulous staff as well. I’ve been a pt now for 5 years, and refuse to go ANYWHERE else. He is professional, highly trained, skilled, knowledgeable, patient care focused, takes time to educate patients with lots of questions...like myself. A wonderful family man. They have the utmost in high quality, latest technology for thorough eye exams, and will educate you on eye disease as well as the other relating health conditions & how best to approach treatment in relation to your eye health. OMG you will find the best eye wear selection right in Murrieta and beats out anywhere on earth even Beverly Hills, or Europe for that matter. I tell you (?) I refer everyone I can to them as well as my own family/sister and BIL who will be retiring to this area in 2021. You will never settle for eye exams at Sam’s or Costco after leaving this establishment. Kudos to them all...especially Sandra who knows her eye wear & everything related, like Serena knows Tennis! Look no further!

My son went through vision therapy at excel and I couldn't be happier with the treatment that he received as well as the results. Before learning about vision therapy at excel, I was not aware of my son's eye problems, so they did a great job educating me on his issues and how to treat him. Since he has had the therapy, he now loves reading and no longer complains about double vision. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

So unexpectedly a great experience with excellent results! Clinic is clean, experienced and has friendly staff that explains every step they are involved in. Dieter Herzog was fabulous, kind and an excellent surgeon. I had cataract removal and lens implants in both eyes with ZERO pain and fabulous results.

Michele is amazing! I had a little meltdown because my dad passed away recently, and Michele was super supportive and gave me the biggest hug! We decided if you can't cry in front of your optician, who can you cry in front of? I have been getting glasses from Hersloff for most of my life. They are wonderful!

Doctor Ortiz and his staff were all very amazing and very professional. A little over a year ago I took my daughter to the eye care center and the doctor there told me that my that my daughter's eyes were 100% fine even though she she said she was having trouble seeing from far away. The doctor at the eye care center told me that she probably just wanted glasses. Come to find out Doctor Ortiz told me that what had been going on with her eyes had probably been going on for a year or probably even two. Doctor Ortiz said that she definitely needed glasses to correct what was going on and he made sure that I understood everything and he also made me an appointment to come back in 3 months to make sure that everything was correcting itself as it's supposed to. I would recommend any and everyone to come here they are truly amazing.

I was overcharged. I specifically scheduled a glasses only exam but when checking out I was told rhe doctor also did a contacts exam and charged me $117 for it. I was using insurance and knew my plan only covered the glasses exam so that is all I wanted. Then the salesman I initially spoke with to purchase glasses told me he will give me a $50 credit because he overhead my conversation with the girl charging me for the exam. He said that doctor does that a lot with the exams. In the end, he didn’t even give me the $50 credit. Will never go back to this place again. Thieves and liars
