Great service from start to finish. They took the time to explain my benefits and costs related to every option on my new glasses. I have been using target for years and I always end up paying for something I didn’t ask for. Great local business.

I've gone to Vision Consultants & Dr Hogan for longer than he'd probably like for me to say, but I've never had a bad experience with him or the company. I personally don't care for the move to the mall for a number of reasons, but they're still a great Optometrist experience for me.

The experience was good. The doctor and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. A little confused occurred with mine and my sons records. Apparently when booking an appointment for my 7 year old son, your system stored his patient records under my name. The doctor assured me she would correct the issue in your system.

Dr Kirby goes above and beyond. I had an emergency Saturday evening with steel shavings in my eye. Dr Kirby met me Saturday evening and took care of my emergency. Dr. Kirby did not hesitate to take immediate action to care for the situation. She takes her time with you, explains everything to you and what action is needed. Thank you so much...

I don't know if my complaint is as much to do with the staff at Lounge Optical or whomever created the web page. It asked me to request a time for an eye exam. Back to back days I requested a time for the following day....as it only gives the option to choose one time. Also states that I would receive a call within an hour during normal business hours. Yesterday, nobody returned my request with a call. Today I received a follow up call about 3 hours after my request, which was after 9am business hours. I have always received fantastic service from Lounge Optical on North Anthony for years. This is my 1st attempt with the Pine Valley office. I may just go a different direction with my business. This is also my first time making a complaint about any business. I certainly hope others will be given the service I missed out on.

A huge shout out to Marlena at the Middleburg Hts. office! I was in town for a visit and - not only did I forget to pack my glasses - but my trip was extended and I was short on contact lenses. She found 2 trial boxes in stock and gave them to me! I am so grateful for her time, assistance, and compassion!
