I'm blessed to have found such a truly remarkable eye surgeon to correct the complications arising from a failed suture after a cataract operation which left me visually impaired with refractive vision due to a dislocated inter-ocular lens. I do not hesitate to rate the surgical experience with Dr. Goshe a 5 plus -- off the chart!. His expertise and skill approach the "miraculous". Dr. Goshe removed the cataract from my other (right) eye. The operation was a complete success, leaving me not only with clear far vision but also close vision as well. Best vision I've ever experienced in my right eye in my entire life!

If you're apprehensive about acupuncture, remember this: it's been healing people for centuries. Two traditional medical doctors assured me that acupuncture wouldn't make my vision issue worse. Therefore I gave Dr. Underwood a shot. We've driven several hours per week to his office and after a few months of treatment, my vision has definitely improved and the future holds more promise. If you're looking for a seasoned acupuncturist, at a fair price, you've found him.

My experience at this eye exam visit was great! Both the assistant and the Dr. were super nice! I felt like the doctor took her time to explain my test results thoroughly and give me clear direction of the action plan I needed going forward.

They are nice and helpful for me and my brother to help to solve the eyes problem I need said thanks for them. They have good service and the doctor are very good helping me to check my eyes to find the problem.

Professional, courteous and quick. I went in for a regular eye examination. A day before I had called and was given an estimate of the cost, and I was charged exactly that. My appointment started 10 minutes late, but everyone treated me with courtesy, and going from machine to machine to exam room went quick. My results were thoroughly explained by the doctor when finished. Definitely will return and will be recommending them to friends and family

Dr.Stammich has been a godsend for my daughter. She had been struggling w different optometrists, trying to find someone to help her w scleral lenses. Dr. Stammich is patient, thorough & kind. My daughter has the best vision of her life bc of her. We are so grateful to have found her. She’s a great optometrist & she cares. We can’t say enough good things about our experience w her & this office. Everyone has been friendly & has answered any questions we have had. I would highly recommend her & this office.

Very well run office. From first receptionist contact all the way to Dr. Klinkerman each person is pleasant, knows their job, as does it well. Dr. K really knows her medicine. She’s very busy but never made me feel like I was holding her up and relaxed with questions. Very straightforward answers that were on point and complete. Optician Tiffany had a lot of patience with me as I selected two set of glasses with frames. She guided and suggested but always listened to my preferences. Plus she really applied herself to insure I got the best prices. Very satisfactory visit. T

Always professional. Always friendly! I started coming to this office over 10 years ago when a friend and I stopped in to get some assistance with sunglasses, they went above and beyond with their help. I haven't gone anywhere else since!

I have been a patient at the Eye Clinic of Austin for at least 23 years. At least. I truly don't recall when I first came here. I can't recommend as their billing and insurance staff who are completely unprofessional! The billing and insurance staff didn't take any responsibility to submit a prior authorization request or communicate with the health plan until the day before my scheduled surgery. A simple but required step. I had a bad feeling. So, I emailed one week before my surgery. I was nervous because nothing had come in the mail from my insurance about prior authorization. The staff didn't respond to my email. The billing and insurance staff sent the authorization to insurance the day before my 1st surgery. And, it was only done because I had called and insisted they do so immediately when I found out it had not been done yet. Their excuse was they are "busy and understaffed" in the billing and insurance department. Even though I begged my insurance to rush prior authorization, the insurance company did not approve by 9am today. If I had gotten the surgery this afternoon, without getting that prior authorization, it would have cost me thousands! Never coming here ever again. 😡
