Amazing service, happy and friendly staff, and great deals. Everyone was super nice and I actually enjoyed picking out glasses. The lady was nice and walked through and helped me to pick out a few options and narrow them down together to find the perfect pair, and I've never felt more excited about a pair of glasses I'll be receiving. Thank you so much!

Dr. Wells is fantastic! He is so helpful and really listens to any concerns you may have. He is thorough and really cares about your eye health. He really strives for you to have the best possible experience. His staff is also really friendly and helpful. I feel really lucky to have found such an amazing place to get an exam and order my eyewear and contacts. As some of you may know, this is definitely not the case in many places. Keep up the great work! Thank you!

The staff ignored my daughter and I when we walked in and kept talking amongst themselves . The young lady doing the eye test was pleasant. I informed the doctor of the staff rudeness and he didn’t seem to care. our glasses came and we never received a call or text. I wish I had known before that I could request my prescription and take my business elsewhere. By law they are suppose to provide with your prescription and you don’t have to get your glasses from them. I will not be returning to that store.

The clinical component is 5 star . BUT when it comes to the management side of things like scheduling , insurance authorization , caring office staff 1 star They managed to cause us untold stress and anxiety for hours the day before the complicated surgery . They couldn’t get the authorization right . And that was totally on them. Two words : SLOPPY and CARELESS. The last straw was when we got here for a 6AM surgery we were bounced to 2 PM ; then 3 hours in surgery and a 4 hour drive home out of state. VERY UNHAPPY!

I've been coming to Professional Vision for years. The staff are efficient and pleasant. I've never had to wait more then a few minutes. My prescriptions are right the first time and always come in, in the stated time frame. Dr. Barnstein is wonderful, patient, gentle and kind. It's actually a delightful experience.

This place was incredible! All the staff members were so kind and patient with my son. They truly calmed his nerves about going to the eye doctor for the first time. They definitely get 6 stars out of 5 😉 Dr. Entrikin was very thorough and explained everything to me as she did the exam on my son. I highly recommend her. She is kind and compassionate. You can definitely tell she loves what she does and that she appreciates each person that walks into her office.

The doctor & receptionists are so sweet. I do not wear glasses, but my son was flagged at school for potentially needing them. When the doctor administered his exam, he told me that my son did need glasses and explained his condition to me; he even had a comparison chart to explain what astigmatism makes the world look like. I went in knowing nothing about vision challenges, and the team was non-judgmental and extremely helpful. And, when my son broke his glasses a few months later, they replaced them for free! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this practice. The only downside is that their Provider One frames are a little too big for my 6yo son, but that is really the fault of the State, not of the eye care provider.
