I was seeking a new vendor for my husband to get glasses. I called and made a same day appointment. From the initial contact it felt like a great fit. When he returned home, he was so happy with the service and with the entire experience. Thank you, optician, Morgan K and the entire team. General Manager you have a great team and a great environment.

UPDATE: Since they won't let me respond their reply I will update this! HE ABSOLUTELY WORKED THERE! HE TOOK OUR GLASSES BEHIND THE WALL AND TALKED TO SOMEONE LOUDLY ENOUGH THAT WE HEARD HIM AND WHAT HE SAID! HE THEN WALKED OUT WITH A PIECE OF PAPER AND SAID WE COULD LEAVE OUR NAME AND NUMBER AND IF YOU GET THE PART IN, YOU'D CALL US! HE WAS INN SHORTS AND A RED SHIRT, GLASSES AND A SHORT BEARD! DON'T GASLIGHT ME DON'T LIE! Terrible customer service! They took our glasses that we had repaired there last time, and paid for, went back to get them fixed again and he took them back and said to another guy, "why don’t they go back to where they bought them? Why do they have to come here?" WOW! Jack A$$ in shorts and a tshirt, not professional, rude and narcissistic!

Dr. Shah is a miracle worker! He saw what was causing me to lose my sight when others, including very prominent opthamologists, missed the problem. Because of him, I can see again after almost a year of being told that there was nothing that could be done.

Dr. Cary Tseng is excellent! He has enough patience to explain to his patient. He was carefully listened what patient said and asked.

I was very impressed with the care I received at this office. The staff was VERY FRIENDLY making it a joy to visit. They got me in and out the same day and since my vision had not changed, they did not recommend any additional procedures beyond the eye exam which was VERY THOROUGH.... I seen Dr. Justin Denison who was "great". He was very personable, in no hurry to rush me through and was very precise in his explanation of my particular situation. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HIGHLY RECOMMEND EITHER DR. DENISON OR THE CLINIC. RAY

The office staff is super nice, overboard accommodating and they are keeping the waiting room sanitized- best I’ve seen yet! Dr. Wilkinson is very thorough, really helped me get through my issues and actually listened to what I had to say (rate these days!!) I highly recommend anyone needing an ophthalmologist to make an appointment with this office!!

I have been coming to this clinic for almost 7 years. I don’t think I can find a better eye clinic in NYC than Eye Q Optical. This clinic has the best staff. They are very friendly, cheerful, understanding and helpful. I love how they patiently listen to your concerns about your eyes and glasses, they help you figure out which frames looks good on you especially how they hold onto your nose and which type of lenses better fit your frames depending on how high your grades are. They also have sale everyday which is really convenient. The doctor who works there is very understanding. She listens to you and explains very well and patiently regarding any questions you may have. The glasses and contacts come back real quick too, only takes about a week for their lab to work on. It’s a great feeling when the people who work with you are this amazing. It makes you not be afraid to ask questions or pick the right frames for you, as I used to have these problems with other clinics. They also recently have new owners who comes in the clinic and are also really friendly and helpful. I love the new modifications they’be done to the office, the vibe is exquisite and aesthetically pleasing. Definitely the best eye clinic I’ve ever been. Thank you to all the amazing staff. The staff at Hoover Vision Center is very customer driven. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none. Dr. Samford is the best and really cares for her patients. I highly recommend them for all your ophthalmology needs
