This was my 1st visit to Dr. Morgan, today. Ryan and Dr. Morgan are so extremely polite and "listen." The communication is excellent and the examination is so very thorough. I have put off this exam for many years and I'm really glad that when I decided to finally do it, I found Dr. Morgan!

I like this office and have been going for 9 years since I retired from the Army and moved to Plainfield. My experience with varieties of providers is extensive after moving around my whole childhood as an Air Force Brat, then as a Soldier myself in the Army for 30 years. The staff is easy-going, quick, accurate, and the doctor has expereince well above that of a typical Optometrist. They also helped my wife with her concerns regarding her recovery from surgery due to a returning Macular Hole when we were too far from surgeon's office for a quick assessment of her eye pressure. I was very impressed with each staff member that worked with me. They were kind and very professional. (A special thanks to Lorena!) The equipment used to take eye measurements, etc, was top notch. My questions were answered. I would recommend Vision Institute to others.

Dr. Asmus is very thorough, explains everything in detail and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Don't even acknowledge you when you walk up. Completely ignore you until they are free from other customers. Been standing here 20 mins, have an appointment, no acknowledgement or "hey sorry we are running over appt times."

Great family Optometrist!! Dr and staff are very caring, feels like family every time I come. They are great with following up with any questions that I have. Their prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of eye glasses.
