Lots of chairs in the waiting room, very well organized flow of patients. Extraordinarily helpful staff. State of the art equipment. Knowledgeable doctors. Calming atmosphere. If you have ANY problems with your eyes, THIS is the place to go, in my professional opinion.

I started on Warfarin 6 months ago. I knew very little about this blood thinner. The Chronic Care facility was amazing. They explain the medication and guided me to what I should eat and what I shouldn’t. My many appointments were easy to schedule and they were ALWAYS on time. I liked that they called the day before to remind me of my upcoming appointment. The receptionist, Rachel, always had a smile on her face and I was amazed when I saw her doing a quick job of dusting the floor. I told her she had multi tasks talents. The clinic was always spotless. The nurses that tested my blood, were very efficient. They asked me questions and they answered all my questions. I felt like my total health was being closely watched. I’m happy to say I’m off of warfarin, but I will miss seeing all the wonderful people who work there. Visited Dr. O’Connor for general yearly eye exam and really liked the way he explains things. He makes you feel comfortable and hear your issues patiently. I am going to have all my yearly checkups here.

We had a wonderful experience today thanks to Terry! My son needed new glasses for High School next Monday and she made it work! Super friendly and helpful staff. I recently purchased a new pair of prescription glasses; my last pair was purchased here as well. They have a nice selection of frames at various price points. I'm really enjoying my new glasses!

Nice staff, but disappointing service overall. The doctor seemed rushed and the eye exam did not feel thorough. They also charged me an extra fee for eye imaging without telling me upfront. When I questioned it, they called it “routine,” which felt misleading and not transparent. They need to improve their service quality and be more honest about pricing.

My husband and I have been going to Levin Eyecare for over 25 years! We love their front office staff and their doctors! They run a very efficient office with a friendly and helpful atmosphere. They also have a great selection of frames. We recommend them to everyone❤️❤️

I've dealt with George Optical for over 40 years always found them to be excellent. Their prices are good and their level of service is awesome! I would highly recommend them to my family and friends! They are also locally owned and operated!
