Had mulitfocal lens installed for cataracts from different doctor, unfortunately. 2020. No support from my original eye surgeon. Second opinion no help. Finally 3rd opinion with Dr. Shanbom. So grateful for his honesty and caring. Wish I saw first time. Staff Is fantastic !! Highly recommend

I did my research for providers because I haven’t bought eyeglasses in over 30 years because the VA provides glasses at no cost…I decided to look for shops that would meet my needs. After reading reviews of several local providers, I chose Berkley Eyewear because of the positive reviews from customers. I drove over to Berkley and was met by Lisa (one of the owners and always mentioned in the comments in the reviews). I told her what I was looking for and she was just as her reviews said she was! Friendly, suggestive, knowledgeable, and was honest in her opinions. Right then I knew this was better than the large chains and other places that didn’t have great reviews. I was very satisfied with my selections (2 pairs) and the customer service that Lisa gave me. If you’re looking for new eyewear, consider this small business.

I have had two excellent experiences with Andy and Lisa. Andy made picking out a pair of frames seem like a breeze. He was more than helpful explaining what to look for when selecting glasses and was happy to give me feedback on how they looked. He was very patient in helping me find the right fit. I ended up with four pairs of glasses in the last two years that I absolutely love and would never have found on my own. You can tell that Andy and Lisa love what they do. Their passion is poured into their store, their selection of frames, and the superior level of customer service that they provide. I will definitely be back again 😀

went in back in july to fill my prescription and purchase new frames. im probably a bit more picky than the average eyeglass frame shopper, and the owner worked with me very patiently when i told him my preferences and budget. after trying on several frames over about 45 minutes, we narrowed it down to 10. then we got down to a top 3. i finally decided on the frames i wanted, even though they were slightly out of my budget. the owner insisted that i made the best decision, and he was absolutely correct. not only have i received compliments from family, friends, and coworkers, but from total strangers as well! i very much appreciate the attention and patience, and highly recommend.

The employees were friendly and helpful, and the doctor took her time with me. No one made me feel judged for saying that I needed to keep my new glasses on the cheaper side. This location took me about 15-20 minutes to drive to, but so far, they’re worth it.

The staff was very friendly. The Dr. was very thorough. I feel that I was well taken care of. She isolated the issue and prescribed a solution for me.

Have been going here for years. Since 2021 the customer service has WENT DOWN!!!!! They have ordered the wrong contacts before. Then told me that my glasses are in, then when I got to the location, no lenses are in the glasses!!! It like where is the brain of the workers at! Where are all dealing with a lot since the pandemic. I work so I can be able to purchase prescription glasses and contacts. THEN NO ONE EVER REALLY ANSWERS THE PHONE BUT WHEN THEY DO, ITS NO HELP!!!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The receptionist was cheery especially for 545am the nurse doing my IV line was great as well as the anesthesia nurse. I’m ready for the other kens in 2 weeks

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Right eye cataract surgery went very good eye is clear. Left eye didn’t turn out as well have continued blurring and like a cloudiness a week after the surgery.
