I’ve been an existing costumer of this location for a few years now, my wife recently made her first ever eye exam and was pressured into purchasing frames immediately following the exam by the sales team. When she mentioned that she would come back another time and wasn’t ready to purchase yet the pressure continued. She mentioned that she would come back with me (her husband to help her decide) and the sales person said “call him” or “send him a photo” to help you decide. My wife mentioned that I was at work and that she would just come back another day. It was at this point that the sales member took over and decided to continue pressuring to make a sale. Ultimately my wife ended up buying frames but instantly regretted it. The blame and fault is on both sides, but in the end having sales members pushing and pushing isn’t the way to make a good sale / good customer experience. Less than 12 hours later (next morning at opening 9am) I called the store to cancel the order and explained the situation. I made sure to note blame on our end having caved to the sales pressure, but ultimately wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. The manager called back and said they wouldn’t issue a refund as it wasn’t policy and it was noted on the receipt. Aside from the sales pressure, beware of this store targeting your insurance if it’s good, they’ll up sell you on everything to get the most from your insurance and you’ll still end up paying a lot out of pocket. You might’ve made the sale, but by not working with us afterwords you’ve just lost two customers. I would recommend this location for the good eye doctors, just avoid the sales team trying to make top sales / commissions at any cost. I’ve contacted corporate to escalate and get resolve.

The team that work at this location are warm and friendly, while being professional and skilled. I’ve had great experiences with eye exams, contact fittings and eye glass purchases for both my kids and myself. Most recently I brought in a pair of sunglasses that got terribly bent up and they were so kind and helpful. They got them back in shape with good humor and great assistance. Thank you!

Wow! I can see clearly now! Dr. Kalt and his team are the best. Been a patient for years and due to aging, the doctor recommended I have cataract surgery. Being skeptical, I probably waited too long. Finally, I listened to Dr. Kalt and went for it. I am/was nearsighted with astigmatism for my whole life. Started wearing glasses in first or second grade- don’t remember exactly, I was young. Switched to contacts in the 1970s. Now, I can see with no glasses or lens, just amazing. I was amazed following the first procedure, what I was missing. I did work with the doctor in selecting the proper lens for my eyes. I took his advice and am a 100% satisfied patient. There are several options depending on your vision, the need for correction and the doctor’s experience. If you are in need of an eye exam or have reached the point when vision is an issue for you- do not hesitate, do not pass go- visit Dr. Kalt and receive the highest level of care and treatment. You, too, will be singing about how I can see clearly now!

I had cataract removal and lens replacement surgery done by Doctor Kalt. He and his team at the Kalt Goldberg Eye Center listened to my needs, told me what they could do to achieve those needs and then were professional and friendly throughout the entire process of preparation for surgery, the actual surgery and post surgery care. The entire staff was open to answer my questions and help me throughout the process. Dr Kalt was creative and skillful in providing the post surgery vision that I ask him to provide.

Dr. Kalt and his staff are highly professional and very caring. Dr. Kalt pays attention to detail and is meticulous in his work. Choosing the PanOptix lens proved to be an excellent decision for my cataract surgery. My distance and reading vision is 20-20, and I no longer need glasses! The surgery experience couldn't have been smoother...the prep, the process and the post op was as easy as could be. Dr. Kalt takes his time, shows genuine interest in his patients' care and satisfaction, and does an overall excellent job! Highly recommend!

Absolutely thrilled with our experience here. I brought my 7 year old in for his first exam. All the women were so pleasant, helpful, and patient!! Bonus- my son’s glasses arrived super quickly. Thank you for treating us like family and making it such a great first eye exam for my son!

Dr. Claudio and her staff are simply the best in ALL ways. When prisms were a part of my prescription she worked hard on getting it right. My daughters also have chosen Dr. Claudio for their eye care. I highly recommend Claudio Eye Care!❤️

Everyone here is so caring, amazing and kind. They helped me when my glasses were broken and I was waiting for my new frames to come in trying to fix my frames and fit them into the same frame but new. They rememeber you by name and its a small clean shop.

Been here 3x (twice with dad, once with mom) for cataract surgery. The staff is really nice and Dr. Z is great at what he does. Whole process is always smooth in-and-out
