Dr. Maria Jancevski operated on both of my eyes for cataract surgery. She did a wonderful job with no problems what so ever. Not only is she an accomplished surgeon, she has a great bedside manner, is warm, and has a great sense of humor. Highly recommended!

When opting for surgery because my deductible was paid for the year, I was told, "That is not a good reason to have surgery." Dr. Erickson was more than willing to recommend surgery when I told him I was having issues that I was having. That pause by him gave me confidence that my best interest was a motivating factor rather than just an opportunity for surgery. I have great confidence in Dr Erickson.

My overall experience with this office has been chaotic at best. - I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, and I was not seen until 30 minutes after my appointment time. - Dr. Ceritano was doing an exam on another patient at the same time as my appointment. She kept switching us in and out of the same exam room. It was incredibly unprofessional, and she was not cleaning equipment between us. - I had to return after a week for a contact fit update. I've worn contacts for 20+ years and have never had to do this extra appointment. - I attempted to order my contacts through the office. I had to ask the woman ordering my contacts to apply my insurance. I questioned her on the cost because it was much lower than expected. I called the office the next day because the interaction did not sit right with me, and the person I spoke with confirmed that my contacts were ordered incorrectly. I had to pay double of what I paid at first. - I've asked the office now three times to send me an itemized bill showing what their services and contacts cost, what was billed to insurance, and what was charged on my credit card. I received some paperwork in the mail and none of the credits and debits box. In summary - stay away from this office.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I purchased three pairs of glasses 2 for my wife and one for me. Instead of billing my vision insurance, they build my Blue Cross. I told them many times to bill my vision insurance. To my surprise one day I got a phone call from the office and they told me my account was going to collections again I told them to build my vision insurance company. I went to the location that day and tried to explain to the office manager and the doctor and nobody could see my point of view and they said I must pay the whole thing in full so I paid $1200 and to the life of me I can’t Understand why they couldn’t bill my vision insurance. Worst experience I’ve ever have and I would never recommend anyone going there. Horribe

I went there for an eye exam, new glasses since im having trouble seeing, took my old glasses in, was told i had totally wrong rx, just needed readers, then they bill my mesical insurance not my eye insurance because i checked box that occationally i experience dry eye, when i call to clarify the bill i recieved, they never called me back, then whwn i asked questions, they argue with me and say well we cant pick and choose what insurance we bill, u came in for a medical condition, when i say no i did t i came in for galsses she hung up on me, i called back and same story welk call u back when i ask when they will call me back she states when were not busy and hung up again. I have never seen such unprofessionism!!!!

This practice attempted to scam me out of over $100. I went in for my yearly eye exam, only my second with this practice, in late January 2019. I requested an Optomap rather than dilation as I had to go into work that day. It was $39 extra - okay, no problem, I understand the equipment is expensive and that's about what my previous eye doctor charged. I paid cash and left. Fast forward several weeks, late February 2019, I received an incredibly difficult to understand bill in the mail for an additional $111 owed to Walsh Eye. Hmm, that doesn't sound right. I have Davis Vision and know they fully cover the annual checkup as preventative care. I called the practice and left a message - no answer. (As of 3/14, still no response from them.) So, I decided after a few days that I would reach out to my customer support thru Davis. My representative got a hold of the billing team at Walsh Eye, and sent me a note. He said the only charge was the $39 for Optomap service, marked paid, and everything else was covered by insurance. That seems like a pretty serious backtrack. There are several things that upset me about this situation. 1. Receiving an unexpected bill is never fun, especially one that says "Payment due on receipt" and is nearly inscrutable as to how they arrived at the number you "owe". 2. Total radio silence from the person sending the bill. 3. Lying to me and then to my insurance rep about the existence of said bill. All I can think is, there must be dozens of others that they have tried this scam on, and I'm sure it worked because not everyone has time or confidence to fight back against it, or they don't want to deal with the hassle of insurance, or they simply don't know that it's incorrect. I will never set foot or give any money (paid by myself or by my insurance) to this practice again, and I hope you won't either. Thanks for reading.

I am very disappointed with my experience. Me my son and daughter communicate on the check in app that we didn’t want the eye imaging and we were all charged for it at checkout. So we paid $120 for a service we said we didn’t want and no explained to us that they were giving to us.

The visit was just ok, nothing really stood out that was great . The staff was polite and friendly. The young lady helping to assist with picking to glasses for my daughter was nice but in my opinion needs a little more coaching and training in that area. She didn't really seem confident and knowledgeable to helping us to pick glasses out. She was kind and helpful but maybe she can benefit from a more experience worker during the process.

Very nice selection of frames and I really just love Mrs.Anita she always make sure I have the right frames and lenses. The eye doctor make sure I have the proper eye exam and make sure I stay on top of things. She is very helpful when it comes to explaining the changes in my eyes and she always make me feel very comfortable.
