Dr. Mikaelian took the time to explain the eye exam results, allow me to ask any question and he provided a personable and thoughtful response. I will continue to use Dr. Mikaelian, regardless of what Optometry group he is with. The staff was also very helpful and knowledgable, Joseph (joey) was great and helped pick out the right glassed for my facial structure.

The doctor and all the people were very nice, very professional. My only interest was to buy contact lenses and my prescription had expired so I needed the exam and then I needed the contact lenses. I was also interested in the cost of replacement lenses for an existing pair of titanium glasses. I felt like I couldn’t get a straight answer, and I was being pressured to buy a new pair of glasses, which I did not want to do. When I pulled enough teeth, I finally got the price for the lenses, and it was ridiculous, about $400.. That’s three or four times the cost of the last pair of glasses I got a couple years ago.

The staff is always very pleasant and helpful in assisting me make my glasses selection. They have a variety of designer frame selections.

Dr. Benjamin Thomas is an amazing doctor. I have been treated for a retinal vein occlusion For over 10 years in different parts of the country and I consider his care to be the best by far.

I've used this business twice. The first time, they gave my daughter a pair of glasses with one of the lenses loose. It took over a week to fix. The second time, they did not bill insurance for my son's eye exam and charged us for the exam. This despite them stating they had all the insurance information needed from my daughter's exam and assuring him everything was fine. I will not be using them a third time. If zero stars were an option, I'd give that.

Dr. Hunter and his staff at Within Sight Vision Center have been taking care of my eyes for many years. Dr. Hunter is very kind and knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer all my questions. I feel very confident that I am getting the best care possible.

Lost my glasses at the beach, came to get a simple eye exam. 2/3 employees were nice but there was one lady who was rude for no reason, and it wasn't just me, she had a sour attitude towards everyone even to people who were just asking a simple question no eye contact and overall bad attitude. She had even charged me and the next patient for the wrong things. I'm sorry to anyone who lives here and has to deal with her all the time.

I was given superb service by the East Valley Eye Center. I was nervous about the lens implantation, but it worked out great. I can see without glasses, even reading glasses. There was no pain during the surgery. It went well. Thank you EVEC.

Absolutely best atmosphere experienced in medical office. Entire staff is so very pleasant.

Let me just start out by saying best experience ever starting with when I called to make the appointment and never ended. This was my first time going and I couldn't be happier with every single person there. I was really nervous and I was treated so kindly and nurtured through everything and everyone was super patient with all of my questions. Doctor Diana Pan was so knowledgeable and I felt like I was in the best of hands. Gigi was so personable right when I walked in and throughout. Cindy was so helpful and excited making sure my choices for my glasses were just right. The wonderful technician that took me back and did a lot of the tests in the beginning was amazing also I feel so bad I can't remember her name right now. Anyway in conclusion yes I would recommend this place a 110%.
