This is a very warm and friendly environment. Dr. Weinlander was very thorough and fun. The receptionist, the technician and the eye doctor in training were so cheerful and friendly. It just felt so good being around them. All the nervousness that I had prior to going went away almost immediately. I am actually looking forward to the surgery because I know that I will be in good hands. The only regret that I have is that I am not good at remembering names. Thank you all. Esperanza Miller

I've been a patient of of Dr. Lung Chang for 15yrs.. He is a decent person..He has provided me with the best eye care..I highly recommend him..

Dr. Sun was very informative, helpful, and accommodating. She was able to adjust my contact prescriptions to my preference. Also, I was feeling irritation in one of my eye, and she was thorough with the check-up. Camille and Josiah were both very welcoming and helpful, as well.

It was the best experience I’ve ever had getting an eye exam. Taylor was so helpful and Layla makes you feel at home. I can’t believe she remembered me. Johnny the Dr.’s technician was friendly and informative. All in all an awesome experience. The company should be very proud of the staff in The Danbury mall. Keep up the great work! Bob

Such a great staff - everyone of them are friendly helpful, and courteous. Dr Jeff and Randy explain things so well and helped me understand some complex things about my eyes that I had never understood. The ladies in the eye glass department at amazing and so honest. I felt I could trust them. I highly recommend them!

I recently accompanied my mother to an appointment at this eye center, arriving more than 30 minutes early. Unfortunately, the receptionist, Andrea, was not welcoming or helpful. She appeared to be dismissive and indifferent to our needs. To address this, I reached out to the center's management to provide feedback on our experience. However, their response was disappointing, as they did not seem to take our concerns seriously or apologize for the poor customer service. As a result, I would not recommend this eye center to others, as their customer service does not meet the standards of professionalism and courtesy that patients deserve. It is no surprise that the center has received negative reviews from other customers.

I was helping a member of the community and Miss Madison from the ND office, was a very good intake. Even though she didn't speak Spanish, her intention to help was greater. I congratulate you for hiring an efficient person with very good human quality. She is a great asset for your company

My first time at Eye Focus Optometry was last month. Dr. Nguyen saw me and she was the best! She was very kind, professional and explained every detail to me about my eye exam, the results and she answered all of my questions with patience. I've been seeing this eye center for a few years. I called to see if I could walk in or make an appointment to get eye glass nose guard replaced. The Dr said I could leave them a few days. I told him,I can't do that. I need them for work. He just said thank you,I understand. They used to be great!
