I’ve been coming to this office since 2001! Best optometrist office ever that’s why I have been going for 20+ years now. Dr. Nguyen and her team are awesome, very knowledgeable and supportive to make sure your vision is the best it can be. Always feels cozy inside and such a relaxed setting, thank you Dr. Cathy for taking care of my vision ! Special thanks to Naomi 🤓 best optician in the whole planet, she goes above and beyond to make sure you like your frames and also gives you feedback so you can leave happy. Stay awesome Naomi :)

The dr there is great took his time answered my questions but I was frustrated and upset that I couldn't get a basic black frame the girl looked annoyed at me and didn't want to really want to answer questions. Great dr was annoyed with the staff though

I have been using this optometrist for years. I haven't had insurance for quite some time, and found this to be the best economical route to achieving proper care. I will continue to go here despite the fact the my current insurance wont cover this location. Dr Gustafson and Dr Vieker are the absolute best. They truly care about my health and well being. Each time I come, they remember me personally. They always have appropriate suggestions for some potentially complicated needs. My prescriptions have always been quite accurate. A couple of times I had examinations at other locations, but the glasses I had received there, were never quite as functional. Ive been quite tough on my prescriptions, and they have always gotten me back up to speed in a couple of days when I damaged them. Ive never felt rushed, or talked into something I didn't want. Additionally they guarantee their work and willingly make adjustments when appropriate. Gwen and the other staff members are professional, courteous and efficient. I cant remember all their names, but even with masks I remember their smiles. Thanks for taking good care of me.

Dr. Schneider was so nice to work with. She is very knowledgeable and explained many things about my eye conditions and the upcoming cataract procedures. I have gone from dreading it to actually looking forward to seeing much better. Great visit !!

Dr Garcia and his staff are very welcoming. The exam was thorough and I felt very comfortable with the entire experience. I recommend this office!!

Friendly staff and doctor. I came in before work, and my appointment was met on time and completed quickly. The technician even helped me pick out a pair of nice frames.

Dr puzzio made glasses for me and I complained that I could not see clearly so a year later he remade them and I still told him I couldn't see clearly so he held up a prescription bottle 3 in from my face and I was able to read that but I was not able to read a distance to the TV set. He has refused constantly to answer any of my emails and my only recourse now is to file a complaint against him for negligence

I had a great experience during my appointment yesterday. The doctor was very professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff were also very friendly, respectful, and welcoming. Thank you all for the excellent care and service!

Terrible service they took my ma health number said they took my ma health proceeded with my appointment then only after they were done called me and told me that it wasn’t covered due to ma health guidelines. When a client specifically asks if there ma health is covered and they say yes and see them then only after the appointment tell them no is misleading and giving false information. After get this bill situated I will never be going here again and I will be making sure to let people around me know as well to be careful if they do so so this doesn’t happen again
