A huge thank you to Dr. Emme Gilchrist for catching a tiny hole way out at the edge of my retina that led to the discovery of more issues that needed immediate laser treatment. She recommended a full dilation exam, which I initially wanted to skip. If she hadn’t convinced me to go through with it, I probably would have needed major surgery only a few months later. Dr. Gilchrist was very thorough and the ophthalmologist she referred me to was impressed that she noticed the issue. Thank you so much, you saved me a lot of pain and time off of work!

I have had the best experience here with Danny the optician … always being so helpful. I could just drop in at any time and he’s always available !… Daniella the assistant is always so kind when you approach the front desk, always with a big smile and positive energy. I had a great experience with Dr. V about a month ago during my exam. He is pleasant and friendly and gets the job done in a timely manner… which everyone appreciates! This place gives 5 star service. They tell you honestly which frames look best and even discourage you from buying ones that don't. Their prices are affordable, lower in comparison to other opticians. They offer rapid turn around on your glasses and deliver as promised, a rare find these days. Highly recommend.

Dr. Salvay is an excellent doctor, and you don't feel rushed by him during your appointment. The office is nice and clean.

I have got two progressive glasses for a fair price from Walmart in Simi Valley. What a waste of time and money. After six month I returned both of them. It was cloudy with micro scratches. They blamed on mishandling and bad cleaning practice. I have two more progressive glasses that I got two to three years before these two and they are perfectly fine without any scratch. I think they use low quality lenses. They did not change the lenses, they did not even give me the name of the manufactures. The people were very nice, however the quality is not satisfactory. Bottom-line, if you want to keep you glasses for long time, Think it twice. Do not waste your money. Do your homework first.

Great doctor and team overall. I’m very glad I went to them first then got a second opinion at a few other LASIK focused offices because the other offices paled in comparison when it came to knowledgeable staff, options for vision correction surgeries, and pricing. The LASIK consultant Mariellis was super informative and was easy to contact if I had any questions or concerns. I’m extremely science and detailed focus and there were few if any questions that she couldn’t answer thoroughly and with specificity. Dr. Lee is also great! Man’s been doing this for years now and you can tell he’s enormously knowledgeable. I’m a curious guy so I asked him some questions on the LASIK machines and how they work and he took the time to explain it to me before the surgery. In conclusion, his team and Dr. Lee know what’s up, they get straight to the point, and aren’t trying to badger you. They provide a good service and they‘re proud of it. I have great vision because of them :)

Hello I had the perfect experience at Stanton optical today. I have an appointment on Friday at the gateway store in El Paso Texas I went in today just to ask questions about my insurance. A young lady by the name of Hailey helped get answers to all my questions. This young lady knew exactly what she was talking about. She made everything so clear for me that I was able to make choices that fitted my budget and happy with my glasses and contacts. Thank you Hailey and I wish there were a lot more customer service reps. Like you. Please let her know what a great job she is doing because me as a customer I appreciate her and you as an employer should to cause she just made a returning customer
