Dr. Fogkeman and her staff are amazing! They are always willing to go the extra mile and spend the time with my husband and myself, and our teen/preteen girls to make us feel comfortable with what we’re doing! We never feel rushed, or like a burden at this office! The place is always clean and bright and cheerful! We love them!

I absolutely love Colorado Ophthalmology and CosMEDics ❤️ the providers are very knowledgeable, and I always feel like I get the best service. This place is always busy, so get in while you can!! They offer plenty of services for eye and skin health, and let's FACE it, living in this state, it is very much needed! I can't wait to see this small business bloom!

Let's talk about customer service now. Back in early October 2022, my wife and I went to Oliver to get our new yearly prescriptions filled. We have been going to Site For Sore Eyes, Roseville since before Oliver came to work there over 10 years ago. We ordered our new glasses as usual. Oliver reminded us that there was a great promotion going on to give a significant discount on the second set of glasses ordered. We had every intention to return to take advantage of that discount before the time expired. Unfortunately, I had some medical issues arise and five months later I am now walking without the aid of a cane( first 2 months in a wheel chair, then walker and so on). My wife got her glasses when Oliver called but I could not go with her. She told Oliver about my issues and told him I would return as soon as I could walk again. Today, I called Oliver to make an appointment to go order my second set of glasses and to have him adjust my existing ones (I had knocked them out of alignment). To my surprise, Oliver advised me that he had already ordered/received the glass discs specific to my glasses frame. They had been there waiting for me in his store for several weeks. Yes, that is what I said; he ordered my second set because he did not want me to miss out on the over $200 savings. And yes, he used his own money to make it happen. Talk about the ultimate in customer service. Oliver, you are the best and I thank you dearly!!!!

I was recently referred to the Vision Institute for a partially detached retina. Due to the seriousness, I was instructed to go to the office and they would fit me in. Everyone I met was incredibly kind and understanding. The detachment was quickly confirmed and surgery was scheduled the next day- on a Saturday. Dr. Durrani and his team were excellent. They somehow managed to make an overwhelming and scary situation, calm. I felt safe with them. Throughout my post op appointments, every nurse has been wonderful, kind, timely and attentive. Dr. Durrani has never rushed through any of the appointments. He has taken his time to thoroughly explain what has taken place and answered all of my questions. He’s wonderful at explaining what is happening in ways for you to actually understand. I’ve decided to switch retina specialists to Dr. Durrani permanently since I suffer from other retina concerns. I feel very blessed that I was referred to the vision institute and fortunate to now have Dr. Durrani and his team caring for me. Thank you!

Very hard to get an appointment hours are horrible. They want you to make an appointment just to buy glasses. If you want quick and easy go anywhere else.

They were very rude & inconsiderate. I have a learning disability & they refused to explain anything. The lady waiting on us barely spoke English & 2 weeks later they sent us an email saying my glasses were in on a Friday. When we showed up on Monday-they claimed they didn't know who we are,insisted that I'm not at all in the system & said the email receipt we had was a mistake. Somebody who actually spoke English soon overheard,& came over. They started rifling through drawers,& soon found glasses that they said were mine. They looked like mine-but the prescription made me see worse. They refused to help us,& basically walked away.

Amazing store that offers such wonderful frames at such reasonable prices! Customer service is beyond excellent. I am so happy to have found this place, which is close to my neighborhood. This will be my goto place for any optical needs, highly recommend it to everyone!!

They have a great selection on designer glasses at affordable prices. I always get compliments on my glasses.

Very nice! Front office was friendly and professional. Did not have to wait long for the doctor. I was nervous at first, but was made at ease by all. Will be seeing them all again soon.
