Had my procedure yesterday and it went well. I was scared for a bit but the procedure went by really quick. It was a success! I now have my vision back and able to see clearly without my glasses. I had visited the store without an appointment. I was able to have an eye exam on the same day. Every step of the process was easy and friendly. I was assisted by Michael, who helped me choose the right frames for me. He took the time with me and made me feel like he cared about something I would wear daily. He showed me different styles. He even told me what my insurance would cover to assist me in the cost. I received excellent customer service from the moment I walked in to the moment I left from everyone working there.

I’ve been working with Valerie and her team for several years. They provide excellent care all around. I use contacts and glasses, Valerie has helped me find lovely frames for all of my needs. As I moved into needing readers she found terrific solutions, helping me choose frames, setting me up with progressive readers, prescription glasses and sunglasses. I’d highly recommend her and her team for all of your eye needs.

So much I can say here but the long and short of it is I had a nightmare experience with the doctor that performed my emergency surgery for a detached retina. The surgery went well and I am very thankful for that but both of my follow up appointments since have been by far the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a Doctor. I needed a second opinion asap. On two days notice I worked with my primary care doctors office and I was able to secure an emergency appointment at the Hanover Street location in Manchester. I just left my first appointment with Dr. Elia and I could not have asked for a better experience. His staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Elia is a true professional and most importantly treated me like a human and understood my needs as a patient. I highly recommend this office and look forward to my next appointment. Huge thank you to Dr. Elia and his staff! Thank you all so much for your time and attention today. Truly appreciated!

The lady Lee in that office is rude and so unprofessional! We are building a formal complaint with the bureau. Her behavior is unacceptable

We were there yesterday, 8/15/2023 check up from surgeries for my daughter. Front desk as you come in we’re rude. Chaotic atmosphere. I was back in the examination room(after being called and checked in) with the surgeon (who is the best and did a wonderful job and has followed my daughter to every appointment and check up)and the front desk called looking to where I was rudely. I said I was in the exam room and my daughter surgeon confirmed this. They definitely need some new staff, or training that will compliment their facilities. Michelle M
