I went to see an ophthalmologist because there is one close to my home. The staff were very kind. I am very grateful to the doctor for explaining everything so kindly, and I highly recommend this place.

Horrible service. If you don't speak English, don't even bother going. If the receptionist is arrogant, I don't want to know what the doctor will be like. I'm never going back. I'm not going to ask for handouts; that's what I paid for. We have the right to a translator. If the office can't hire a bilingual one, they should just close down, especially since you're in a Latino community.

I visited only to purchase a pair of glasses, no exam or anything else, so that's what I'm rating my experience on. The selection here is basic and that's fine. The prices here are basic and reasonable. Also fine. Now the advertised "2 Pairs of glasses" for $79.95 is something that I have a problem with because of the wording. You won't get 2 pairs of glasses for $79.95 but you can get 2 frames for that price. Lenses not included. Which they don't specify in the advertisement. So don't be fooled by that. My issue with this location is customer service. I'm big on customer service and it was not good here. The first day that I went in, I was not even greeted nor was ever even asked if I needed help or had any questions. Nothing. I left. I returned three days later, was still ignored, but this time I approached the staff and asked the questions that I had about pricing and insurance, etc. They answered my questions but not much more. I personally was expecting a more welcoming, helpful and informative experience from the staff as I received years ago. This just isn't the store for me.

Wonderful experience across the board. Very knowledgeable people and very friendly. Dr. Lee was fast and kind and thorough. Bernie was also a very big help and broke everything down for us! Helped us pick out the perfect frames!

GREAT SERVICE ! I got a text from Liz the Optician around midday on Wednesday that my Silhouette eyeglasses were ready to pick up. I was quoted 3 weeks so it was ahead of schedule by a few days. These guys close for lunch every day from 1pm - 2pm so my wife and I arrived here straight after lunch. Liz took care of everything....my new ZEISS progressive transition tinted lenses looked great and of course with brand new prescription lenses I could see perfectly. Now I have 2 identical pairs of Silhouette eyeglasses with the latest prescription lenses. Not cheap but I try to buy the best quality I can afford !

Original appointment was canceled by doctor but was able to be rescheduled for later that same day. Very good result. Appointment above for my wife, all went well. Went a week later for my appointment and everything is explained clearly, everyone is courteous and all went well for me as expected.

Excellent. Had foreign object in eye, made appointment Monday morning, able to work me in that afternoon. Dr. Strickler did great, has a calm demeanor and a steady hand, perfect. Office was clean and orderly. Staff was nice.

Great experience at my eye exam today! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The front office staff had already gotten my insurance info together and helped me maximize my coverage (I am so sorry but I didn’t catch your name but you were amazing!). Dr. Pucci was so nice and quickly helped me find contacts that would work better with my worsening astigmatism. He was great about explaining different options and Even tried to help me save more money with my extreme nearsightednesso. And Brooklyn helped me set up my new glasses, she didn’t rush me as I spent a lifetime looking at all the different frame options they had available and double checked that I got the best coverage possible for my very near sighted eyes. Really appreciated everyone there in making my first visit a smooth one!
