Amazing! My kids love coming for their yearly eye exams! The office is immaculate. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. Dr. Tran is the best! She really takes her time with my kids, is very patient, reassuring, and explains everything in detail. She really knows how to include the kids and make them comfortable so that the whole experience is enjoyable and fun. I feel like she really cares for her patients. We love Inland Family Optometry and will keep coming back every year.

I had a great experience here! Dr. Fong is kind and was super quick and efficient in figuring out my new prescription needs. The optometry staff were also all very friendly and helpful from beginning to end of my appointment. There are lots of different eye tests they do at the beginning and the tech was super helpful and nice about explaining how to complete each one. I appreciated the staff’s help in helping me pick out a new set of frames. I loved the individualized attention and I didn’t feel rushed at all while I was picking out my glasses and trying different ones on. It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment.

the place is open Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm - the exact schedule I work. Why is this schedule so inconvenient to working people? They could open a bit later, stay a bit later, or offer half day Saturdays.

I don't understand how they got a 5 star rating ?? My eye appointment was back on November 18th , the Doctor said I needed to improve the strength of my reading glasses , after the exam I sat down with his assistant and picked out new frames, at which I was charge the additional amount that the insurance didn't cover $108.00 . Weeks later I was called to come in and check out the new frames ordered . They were to wide for my face width, so they said they would order new one's that were narrower .After a few more weeks I was called to re-fit the second pair of frames, these were except- able and they said they would put the lenses in and call me to pick them up .It's been 10 weeks since my initial appointment and I still don't have my new glasses. I wish I could give a zero rating , but not possible .

I love this optical lab. Matt is amazing to work with. He listens to the customers needs and patiently works to meet them. Upon occasion, I have even had the need to adjust the lenses after they were made. Matt was courteous and worked toward a solution. We even walked outside to test vision in "the real world". What a game changer. Thank you for helping the world see better, one patient at a time!

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure to go there. They don't push new glasses on you, only if you need them.

Dr. Miller's office was an exceptional experience. Dr. Miller listened to my concerns regarding my contact lens which didn't seem to be fitting well, and he sent me home with many different kinds to try. Also, I hadn't planned my work schedule around getting my eyes dilated but knew it was important to check my overall eye health. Dr. Miller allows you to return FREE OF CHARGE to dilate your eyes and check for any issues. That is amazing quality for the low cost of the eye exam itself. I needed another copy of my eyeglasses prescription because I was out of town but wanted to shop for eyeglasses. I called the office and Dr. Miller called me within the hour to write a new prescription card and text it to me. Exceptional and friendly service. Everyone in the office is experienced and helpful. Absolutely recommend Dr. Miller's office for personal, high quality care.

I have been a patient of Helen Kim‘s for many years. I couldn’t be happier with her care. Technology used at her clinic is state of the art. Her examinations have been very thorough. She has been very patient explaining all of my options for care. Over the years I have had several eye emergencies. She has always made sure that I received timely appropriate treatment.
