I had a great experience. All of the staff and Dr Stoppel were very thorough and so nice. They explained everything in detail. I highly recommend them and wish I would have went to them a long time ago.

Very nice, timely but non-rushed and thorough eye exam with good explanations. And it did not appear at all that they stacked appointments to maximize throughput. They also have a nice selection of frames. Overall a very positive experience

Extremely poor customer service. They do not stand behind the products they sell. Our family will not purchase from them anymore. Very disappointing. I have read your response and I am sorry to say you do not know your customers. I have purchased another pair of sunglasses and replaced lenses in a pair of glasses from Woodbridge Optical. My husband also purchased sunglasses and a pair of glasses from Woodbridge Optical. I paid $519.00 for my first pair of sunglasses and they were replaced within the two year time frame and this pair is worse than the first pair. Your help would be appreciated please.

Friendly staff, who are always very helpful. I've seen both Dr Anderson's and I like them both very much.

The workers were nice and helped you in anyway possible. Great prices on glasses and contacts. The glasses was ready in an hour but it took a little longer because so many people were in there to pick up and get fitted for new glasses. It’s understandable. The dr was very professional and nice also. I have been going to him for almost 20yrs maybe more. Him and his staff are wonderful
