The entire staff is so kind and helpful. The Dr. Is exceptional and very thorough from the exam to explaining and answering questions. The girl doing the pre exam tests, very nice. The help at the front, very helpful, as well.

Very friendly staff. Efficient and great

The owner of this place was helpful the moment I entered the store. He assisted me in with my script and with all my questions regarding my glasses. Also, the place was very well oriented and clean and the owner was very welcoming.

My experience was so refreshing! I switched from my old Dr. because I felt his staff was rude and the Dr. himself didn't hear me out or really listen to my questions or what I had to say. This was not the case with Dr. Good!! He asked a lot of questions, and gave a very thorough and detailed exam. Hands down the best experience I've had with an eye exam, ever. The girl that was working the check in and check out process was outstanding and friendly as well! Last, super clean environment with COVID19. I could tell they really took the safety of their patients to heart.

Both my husband and I have gone to The Focal Point for several years. The appointments are always on time, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Hamilton always answers my questions and concerns and I never feel rushed. I also wear glasses and they have a good selection of frames. I had an issue with getting back new glasses from the lab last visit, but the staff kept on top of it and resolved the issues for me. We highly recommend them.

I would not recommend this eye doctor. We were there for a couple of hours, and during the visit the doctor asked if we wanted to purchase some add-on services. I politely declined because it wasn’t in my budget, especially with four kids. When my daughter asked about getting contacts, the doctor told her that I “wouldn’t be able to afford it” because my budget was tight, which was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. The doctor didn’t take the time to talk to me, nor the kids, about their vision or explain anything about their exams. The only reason I knew our appointments were finished was because the receptionist handed us the prescriptions. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and uncomfortable. We definitely won’t be returning.

The staff is so pleasant from the receptionist to the optician. Minimal wait time and you are explained everything they are doing and everything is explained clearly and concise. I just love everything about Eyes over Warwick.

I just had my new glassess purchase here....i am very satisfied with the complete professional care and attitude of this shop. I highly recommend the Eye Were House for doing prescription glasses.

Dr. Patrick Del Vecchio is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I cannot recommend him highly enough. My family and I have received excellent care and service for several years now. The staff is incredibly helpful. Alex helped me find the best pair of glasses, very kind and professional!
