Great customer service! Everyone there was professional and knowledgeable!

Incorrect phone number, couldn’t call to make an appointment

From the moment I walked through the door everyone was so friendly and helpful. The guy who did the different eye test did a good job, walking me through the steps of the different machines that we were going to use and the young lady who helped me with my glasses she did a wonderful job helping me pick out a pair that I actually liked and she explained all the different options of lenses . The Dr was great she listened to my concerns and explained the pictures of my eyes that was taken earlier. This was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be going back

The GM provided my service. He was so friendly and polite. He was also patient as I roamed the frame wall and attentive with any questions and helping me choose a frame. It was one of the best experiences I've had at the Dr's office. Thanks again!!!!!

Exceeded my expectations. Everyone was helpful; loved the selection, and left super happy. Just picked them up less than a week later and couldn't be happier!!! Best pair I've had and most clarity, high def, look-wise, etc. I'm elated. Thx

I recently moved back to new Orleans to help take care of my mom and saw there was a gretna office. The guy michael was able to get us into see Dr. Le who was amazing. The nurse Jennifer was so sweet and very knowledgeable and was able to get my mom out of her cranky mood the whole experience was very pleasant. I have since recommended three of my neighbors to caplan eye clinic.

Always wanting to reschedule your appointments. They even call to reschedule appointments than were already rescheduled before. They have also called and confirmed appointments and turned around and called back an hour later to try to reschedule.

Daniel Long misdiagnosed my eye infection and disregarded my requests. I was given worst possible treatment and left blind in one eye from his refusal to prescribe Bactrim and instead keeping me on increasingly worse steroids. I am fortunate to be alive.

...so very happy that I chose this location for my eye care needs, Dr Vincent was so very thorough & patient as I am one who exercises my rights to be informed & asked plenty questions, the entire staff was kind, a lady named ms Jezel deserves to be mentioned because I made changes to frames with her being patient as well. Thanks to them all for their above average customer care

I have been here for a while now and I have finally decided that today was my last day here. They are so racist and if you’re black you will sit there until each and every white customer is seen and satisfied. Never again! And they over price us too. Ask for your receipt
