My appointment began right on time. Everything proceeded efficiently from there. Dr. Dayani was familiar with me and my history, despite my coming in only once a year. He was friendly, smart and answered all my questions, explaining the details in layman’s terms. I would highly recommend Dr. Dayani to my friends and family.

I'm not a usual customer, but I got my eye exam done here a couple weeks ago when my usual eye care provider was overbooked and I'm glad I did! The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Emma Flor was patient and a great listener. She gave me some great tips/info about contact usage that none of my care providers had taken the time to explain to me in my 10+ years of wearing contacts. She also went out of her way to figure out what brand would be best for my needs rather than just prescribing whatever was in stock. Great experience! I highly recommend!

The place was VERY NICE & CLEAN & the all of the female employees were VERY NICE & VERY PATIENT with me, & to the other customers as well. The place was quite relaxing to me & nice music on the 🎶 radio playing 🎴 while I was waiting for my turn to get some service. I also discovered that they had some VERY INTERESTING & VERY NICE frames for the Eye 👀 glasses. 🤓 They were very cool & colorful too for me to choose from too! However they were expensive & my insurance was probably no longer covering them like they used to though. 😔😔 The waiting was long & quite crowded, but overall the store was REAL Nice & the experience was worth it on my VERY FIRST visit. Personally, I think 💬🤔 I might even go back to this Eyes & Optics NY store plus it's close to Elmhurst Hospital! 😉👍🏾😀🤓

Was able to use my vision insurance here and saved $. Another benefit is I received my glasses in one week exactly, ahead of schedule. I got a discount for 2nd pair same day purchase. Jennifer was extremely helpful and with so much patience.

Sarah Regal Optometrist. I had the best experience I've ever had. Very thorough examination without dilation. Very good at educating me about my vision and what the tests accomplish. I was never uncomfortable, nothing hurt. Ms. Regal is so personable. Kim fitted my glasses. Explained how my previous progressive lenses were too small for distance. Gave me measurements for my eyes gladly (not like it's top secret). Very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very confident that my new glasses will have the correct prescription and will fit perfectly. Best experience ever.

My experience at Sun Valley Eye Care was great from the beginning. Scheduling was easy, the front staff was very friendly, and Dr Pham is very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Pham took time doing the tests and explained to me very throughly my eye condition. I have recommended this facility and Dr Pham to my family. Now we all get our eyes checked by him. I am very satisfied with Dr Pham and his team and I highly recommend it! Isabel

The service was very delightful. The people were kind, but when it came to me getting my glasses, they did not have the frames available through my insurance and they sent me with a prescription so that I can go find somewhere to fill it. I think that was very unprofessional and they should have told me that before, they proceed with my appointment
