Having recently moved to the area, I needed to find a new eye doctor and after reading reviews, chose Decatur Eye Care. I'm glad I did. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. I mistakenly calendared my appointment for the wrong day--I showed up a week early--and was concerned I wouldn't be able to get in for a while because they are booked several weeks out. Yvette told me not to worry and offered to squeeze me in between appointments. She then scoured their appointment schedule and found a cancellation and scheduled me for the day before my originally-scheduled appointment. Tom ("Dr. Brillante"), like his team, was excellent. Very thorough exam and took the time to explain the results and answer my questions. Excellent experience from start to finish.

I've been to many different eye doctors throughout the years but my experience with Dr. Woodbridge has been the best! Her expertise, attentiveness, and genuine care were evident throughout my visit. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answered all my questions with patience. I felt comfortable and well taken care of under her guidance. Dr. Woodbridge's professionalism and warm demeanor make her an outstanding choice for anyone seeking top-notch eye care!

I had a great experience at this eye doctor. I did not have to wait long to see the doctor, and he took the time to answer any question I had without feeling rushed. Dr. Barrett and his staff are so kind and helpful. He is also amazing with little kids, my boys felt very comfortable getting their eyes checked out.

Kelly at SEE Charleston has been an incredible help in my glasses journey. I’m so picky about my glasses, and love the past two I’ve gotten from SEE. Kelly literally went out of her way to find the LAST two remaining frames of my past SEE glasses I wanted to repurchase and held onto them while I got myself in order. Incredible customer service, and at this point she knows my family by name haha, thanks Kelly!

First try at this location. Appreciate the ability to make a reservation online for the visit. Excellent selection of frames competitive pricing and friendly service. I’ll definitely come back to this location and have already referred a couple family members.

Great service for a family member by Dr. Ng! She did a great job within the Covid-operating protocols — screenings, temperature check, etc. She took most insurance plans for optometry services. Located within the Walmart store and next to Walmart’s optometry section. Appointments are required and need to be made in advance!

Dr. Vince is phenomenal, and the staff are wonderful. Extremely informative and the best cutting edge eyecare equipment. Thank you Vince and staff for your service. I highly recommend this practice for all of your eye care needs.
