The exam was nice and quick. The pre - exam member was friendly and explained each test thoroughly. The doctor was nice enough, not much of a talker. Jenna the girl at the optician portion was lovely and friendly. She knew her stuff and accommodated me with all of her knowledge. Will definitely return.

Had a great experience here! Was very easy to schedule an appointment online. Nancy was super friendly and patient with me, walking me through the possible lens upgrade options and what worked with my insurance. Also helped me choose a pair of frames that would look nice on me. Dr. Xu was very patient and kind during the entire appointment. Will definitely come here again in the future!

The experience was wonderful. They made me feel very welcome and they were very professional. And I love their selection of frames. I have no complaints it was great customer service was fabulous.

Very extremely outdated medical equipment. None of the nurses of medical staff including the doctor knew how to conduct or operate it. When I went, the doctor said he'd do an eye pressure test for my existing glaucoma. None of them knew how to do it. He then said they'll try it on another machine. I waited for about 20 minutes just for him to say they'll keep using the same one. Then they wanted to conduct the test anyways despite none of them knowing how to operate it. I've taken eye pressure tests countless times as I've had glaucoma for almost 5 years. Please save yourself time & money and go anywhere else.

Dr. Marc Shomer and his staff are diligent professionals who have provided me with outstanding care and I can recommend them to anyone needing ophthalmologic treatment. Dr. Shomer has been my ophthalmologist for approximately three years. His treatment of me during that time has included regular check-ups to monitor my eye health, in-office laser treatment in both eyes for one of my conditions, and out-patient surgery at a local surgical center for a different issue. The results of all such surgeries have been excellent and the in-office follow-ups have been timely. Furthermore, Dr. Shomer always makes sure to take time to provide good information about my eyes, their issues, and the treatment options available and to answer all of my questions. Dr. Shomer and his staff are always friendly and accommodating and the office space is clean and spacious. Overall, the diligent care and monitoring provided has kept my vision strong.

Dr. Meskin is amazing! He was the last of 4 doctors that I seen. After 6 weeks of blurred vision, dried out, painful red eyes, I was lucky enough to get an emergency appt with Dr. Meskin from my ophthalmologist the next day. Thank you to the 2 other practices that couldn’t fit me in for months. Dr. Meskin had my vision back in 2 days! Yes the inflammation has a long couple moths to be gone but I can see! Thank you so much! If you’re looking for a great doctor who is not only pleasant, listens and is knowledgeable make sure you see Dr. Meskin!

Getting lasik eye surgery done by Dr. Chen has been life changing in the best way. The surgery was so fast and my recovery was even faster. 2 days later and I was seeing 20/20 on my own. It’s been 3 months now since the surgery and I sometimes forget I even wore glasses for 20 years of my life. I couldn’t be happier with my experience .

Went in to get help with swollen eyelids/blocked glands. They examined me , after bringing in two separate staff with the Dr (what is this , an interrogation??) and just told me generic information about using warm compresses, which I had already told the nurse hadn't solve my chronic eyelid problems, instead of doing anything to solve my condition. A total waste of time

I've seen Dr. Yap 2 years in a row and will continue to see her as long as I'm in the area! Her office is thorough and will pull up your insurance benefits before you come in so they can reference what is and isn't covered under your plan. She's friendly and patient with her exams and answering any questions that come up. The man who usually works the front desk seems to be a licensed optician so he can assist with glasses fittings if you want to walk in without an appointment to check out your options for frames. A great place to get your eyes checked!

I was told to look at glasses prior to my wait. I asked what my insurance would cover. I was informed they would cover $150 on the lenses and there is some copays on the extra. That would be discussed after my eye exam. After the eye exam I was informed nothing on options beyond something that might cost $12-$20 as a copayment. Could not get specific and he mentioned he could review both prices for contacts or glasses at the end. The employee selected everything and I was told it was $150+ for my glasses without even talking about glasses. The price information didn’t match what was previously mentioned. After discussing it with the employee he looked at the back of a sheet and significant decreased the price. Leaving the impression he was trying to avoid the mistake. Then he mentioned he was doing me a favor by reducing the price of the frames. Again, still not matching the previously mentioned information. No explanation and didn’t even go over contacts beyond the eye exam. Didn’t talk about the trial pair or what insurance will cover. Worthless trip stopping in for glasses and contacts. Not looking forward to the trial pair if they were even ordered

Coming to the eye doctor today was the best fun. Shauna and Dianna were friendly, funny and made my experience great. The doctor and everyone were so nice!
