Dr. Vo was excellent. Very patient and took the time to explain everything. I didn’t like not knowing I would be paying $35 for a test that is not optional beforehand. I feel like when the appointment is made, that should be explained. I didn’t receive a call 24 hours in advance because I made the appointment but I don’t think that should matter. Patients should be made aware of all fees when booking the appointment.

Ridiculously long lines. Walked in saw lines halfway down the aisles and left.

Staff was attentive and welcoming. Loved that they were knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. They take their time with each guest. Which is great makes it more personable and definitely makes you want to come back. No one like’s feeling rushed and definitely wasn’t treated like that. Had help with choosing the best glasses for my unique sense of style, face frame and just really Impressed with the ladies I had an interaction with today. Kiddos to them for managing each guest as I was finishing up and got busy but they rocked it out.Thank you ladies excited to come back and get my new frame.

Excellent Dr. I miss him

I saw Dr Russell at his new location inside the Griffin Walmart. Dr Russell is the absolute BEST doctor I have had the privilege of seeing! He is so knowledgeable and loves to educate his patients. He takes his time and makes sure all your questions and concerns are addressed! He is so down to earth and makes the exam process smooth and easy! I brought my entire family to him and will continue to do so! I would give Dr Russell 100 stars if I could! Highly recommend. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Russell!
