My spouse and I had a terrible time at our local MyEyeDr location. My glasses are about two months late getting in. The staff has lied about the time it would take to get them in. The first time their lab messed my pair of glasses up and then the second pair got lost. I’m on my third pair and was told it would take at max a week to get them in and it’s been over two now and past the original late date. My spouse was told they might have holes in their eyes and was suppose to get an immediate referral to a specialist but, after a week we had to talk to the specialist ourselves and make an appointment because the staff from MyEyeDr never sent the referral. My spouse was also taken back to have eye surgery the day of the appointment. They also couldn’t get my contact exam straight and I ended up having to call them and fix it myself. After that they called me multiple times trying to get me to confirm when I’d already talked to them about it, to the point I just called and canceled the appointment. They then proceeded to call and tell my spouse I never showed up for my exam after I had cancelled the appointment. As long as my spouse and I have worn glasses, we have never had an experience like this before.

How long does it take to receive contact lenses? 5 months is what took me to get my contact lenses. And that’s because I had to call more than 10 times to receive an answer from the staff that my lenses had already been picked up? Nobody had picked up any contacts because they were never ordered! No communication between staff and no communication with me, the customer. Never more! Do not recommend this place!

I am new to this eye Doctor. He is friendly, experienced, and professional, but one person in this office has been in an impatient and cranky mood every time I've see her. During my last appointment, she lost her temper because I asked a valid question. It was very uncomfortable, and that is NOT how I want to feel when visiting any Doctor’s office. I am looking for a place where I feel welcomed and valued as a patient and customer. This is not the place for me, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Eye Care Associates at Hays Farm provided an outstanding experience. The dedicated staff exhibited exceptional professionalism, and the customer service was exemplary. Dr. Tucker’s expertise and care were commendable, creating a positive and comfortable environment. Additionally, the office’s cleanliness and attention to detail further enhanced the overall visit. Highly recommendable for comprehensive eye care services.

Great experience with Eye care Associates Hays Farm! Front desk staff was super efficient at getting us checked in. The optometry medical technician (Reo I think) was awesome and Dr. Tucker was very thorough in getting us through our annual exam. They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses too. Highly recommended!!

The staff was very nice. My issue is that I explained I wanted my 14 year old to also get contacts. I went on to my car to wait and now I’m told she has to prove to them she can put them In and take them out in the office before they will prescribe them. That makes no sense to me but it also means another visit. I’m very upset by this.

Awesome people. Everyone I talked to every step of the way was great and friendly. Went in knowing nothing about vision and glasses. Elizabeth went so above and beyond. She made sure my glasses fit perfectly. She took into account things I never even thought of that I needed for a great fit. I would definitely come here instead of ordering online. There’s just too many variables

I’ve been going here for about 2 years. The entire staff is very helpful and polite. Marjan is always amazing to work with. She takes her time making sure I have the best fit possible for glasses and is extremely professional. I would highly recommend coming here.

Staff is polite. Eye doctor is professional and she is thorough. My complaint is months and months out for an appointment. I suffer from Optical Migraines once or twice a year, so when I call to get in, the staff says sorry her next appointment is months out. This place is only good for your annual appointment. Imagine if your family doctor was like that.

I love Maynor & Mitchell Eye Center. They're in an ideal location with more than enough parking spaces The folks who work the front door are always friendly when greeting everyone, as well as, being helpful. Check in is outstanding, by using a kiosk, which is simple and quick. Their practice offers an online registration prior to day of scheduled Appt, aiding in even a quicker check in process. I've had cataract surgery on both eyes with DR Mitchell, who is very thorough and informative, while spending adequate time listening to concerns and answering any questions. I was very nervous about this surgery just knowing I'm required to be awake, as someone messes with my eyes. DR Mitchell, with his warm, caring disposition put me at ease with his respect and compassion for my worries. I continue to be a patient here, as I now see DR Baxter for annual exams. I feel the same way for him as I do DR Mitchell, he's great, with a huge sense of humor! I cannot say enough good things about the techs, nurses and other staff members. Everyone is always so polite and friendly. I've never had any problems enjoy going here and I would highly recommend this facility and any of the doctor's here.

This team was really great... they were all so friendly, caring and respectful. Wait time before surgery was short. Preparation was simple, and efficient... they all worked so well together. Dr. Ramsey did my surgery, and he was fast and efficient. I was more that apprehensive before this procedure, but the staff and Dr. Ramsey assured me that they would make me comfortable, and would keep me as pain free as possible... They kept their word and was more that grateful.
