They are very conveniently located, I can check my eyes after / before grocery 😁 The staffs are very kind, professional, always ready to help, they even help me fixed my daughter's broken eye glasses one day even she wasn't their patient for free. Such a service and care made me their new patient now 👍The doctor is very kind too, the eyes exams was fast and they give results right away including prescription glasses if you need.

I am very picky. I am a professional photographer and my eyes have to see every detail. i have been to North Atlanta Family Eye Care 3 times over the last 3 years. Farah Siddiqui is an exceptional optometrist. Her exams are always very thorough and conducted with great care. I am in the beginning stages of cataracts and Dr Farah's examination and recommendations has been very helpful. My suggestion - Dr Farah is the best. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Her prices are also very reasonable.

Just be cautious! The Dr that has been there is retiring and the customer service levels have dropped since the new dr has come in. Needed some sample contacts as a back up for a trip we're going on. NEVER had any Dr tell me that samples were only for patient fittings? Had multiple Dr's over my 30 years of wearing contacts and never had one turn me away. To be clear this is probabaly the 3rd time in 30 years I've even asked! Been going here about 6 years and Dr Boyd was always ready to assist. This time I was told to order some to last a month. I'm looking for a new Dr now. What happened to customer service? Dr Boyd was awesome but he's gone now so I'm guessing review scores will start going down....
UPDATE! Your reply is blatantly false. I specifically requested ONE pair of lenses to get me thru the holiday AND HAD an appt scheduled for 3/4/23. To say your understanding of my request was for 3 free months of lenses is a joke. I was very clear I needed ONE pair when she offered to place an order for a 1 month supply. That's when I shared I'd find a new Dr. I found a new place and you can cancel my appt...thanks!

I’ve been going to this place for years! I love it and they always do an excellent job when scheduling and updating you. I appreciate them. But I just want to say for any of the people looking at the one star reviews pay no attention. It’s not even Eye Q’s fault for their problems that they have run into in. Thanks again for your help and support at Eye Q Care! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They have been excellent with my 8 year old and his first pair of glasses. Replaced glasses when he scratched them. Then when his rx changed they replaced again. Dr. Doug is so great!! Won’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Sivan is great. She took the time to educate my daughter and myself about myopia and best treatment options for her. Thankful for her knowledge and help.

The staff at For Your Eyes Only are super helpful and pleasant. We have been going to get glasses for my son from them for 2+ years now. They stand behind their product and adjust his glasses whenever the are bent and need a little help. Special thanks to Emily.
The optometrists onsite are top notch also!
I highly recommend going there and seeing for yourself.

The visit for the eye exam was great. However, the billing/insurance filing team could use some assistance. My wife and myself went on 4/1/2022, that's right, almost 16 months ago, and we have the same vision insurance. My claim was submitted and processed just fine. My wife's is a different story. After multiple calls to my insurance and rep working with For You Eyes Only multiple times, claim still not submitted/resolved. Otherwise the visit was great in itself.

Dr. Baylard is absolutely the best!!! My husband and I have been going to him for years and have always felt well taken care of. My husband does not like many doctors (but really who does) and he tells Dr. Baylard every time we see him, "I don't know what I will do the day you retire." Him and his staff are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately there are only 5 stars available to give but seriously him and his staff deserve thousands of stars. From the front desk staff, to Chris the office manager, Natalia with contacts, Melissa in glasses, Stacy up front they are all amazing they all make you feel like you are a priority. We love this office. We highly recommend Complete Family Eye Care.

I’m not easily impressed, but after a (thankfully) minor eye injury, with one phone call, the staff got me in to see the doctor the same day. Everyone was pleasant, clear, and understanding. Both doctors I have seen have been extremely knowledgeable, clearly, very skilled, yet personable explained everything to me in a way I could understand.
Five stars all the way around!

We have been to this office several years ago without any issues. Today I was made to feel like I was a liar. I had made appoinntments for my whole family. I showed up an was talked to like I lied about making an appointment, person didn't even let me finish my sentence just kept repeating the date of our last vist which wasn't even relevant to the issue of them totally not booking the appointments. I finally found the call I made on my cell for the appointment that I showed them as proof of me actually talking to a person then the story changed to them having computer issues. Not even an apology!
Thank you for responding while I can understand sometimes things happen, saying sorry to a patient instead of gas lighting them. She and I quote said ( are you sure you didn't make the appointment on the website, because people forget) and as I try to respond maybe Listen to what people have to say instead of rudely cutting them off or talking over them. She then said, ( we had a patient who even called the wrong eye care office) I was in shock how this person was talking to me. I called your office I spoke to a lady who asked for our birth dates, to verify our address and our insurance again, I before hanging up verified the dates and hours. I didn't Lie, I didn't call another office nor did I use the website. If it was a computer glitch then she should have stated that to begin with and not how she proceeded to talk to me and also just repeating our last office visit date, then trying to seem like she was all of a sudden being nice by offering me an appointment for one person, when my family took time off work. She should have started with I'm so sorry this happened but No she did not, then the excuse just changed when she realized I was telling the truth.
I will take me and my families business to a more professional eye doctor. Have a Good Day!
