Dr. Garcia and his staff were great! They are in an easy to get to location. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their equipment is state of the art. I will admit that I was skeptical to go to a chain-like business for a doctor and was immediately impressed. The cost for the visit was third of what I normally pay and the results far exceeded my expectations. I paid an small additional amount to have my eyes x-rayed (not sure what’s it’s called) in lieu of having them dilated the old school way and it was so interesting to see how accurate and detailed it came out. The Dr was honest, frank and to the point with a little humor to explain the diagnosis of my headaches and self described getting old shenanigans. I can not recommend Dr Garcia enough! Note- They are in the old Miracle center building facing coral way on the ground floor. I always find street parking on the side street or across the street because I don’t like to go in the building parking. This I know is a deterrent to a few because of the spiral entrance/exit ramps.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. My sister was in major motorcycle cycle accident out of state and needed a new pair of glasses, they would not fax her prescription over for us. This was an emergency and they were not even willing to help. What lousy human beings!! 😡😡😡 …

You call and they cant make an appointment because they have no secretary in, are you kidding me?

Dr. Meyer was unspeakably rude to me the one and only time I consulted him. I was flabbergasted--it was extremely unprofessional. I had not said or done anything to bring this on. Shame on him.

The office staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They were knowledgeable regarding my insurance. The doctor spoke to me about my health history, listened to my concerns regarding the changes in my vision, and did a thorough exam. He then offered different options and suggestions to help me make an informed decision so that I can have the best outcome. I recommend this office and their services!

Dr Mandel is very professional and kind. The staff are also terrific. They all took great care of me from the first appointment to my last post-op and throughout the whole process. I had the ICL procedure done. It was quick and virtually painless. I just love not being dependent on glasses anymore! Thank you all so much!

It's first greeted to the place. My voice was out and I got stared at like I was something wrong with you. Then after I took after I filled out the application. I was taken to the back to I. Things like the machines take Wasn't so bad there In the doctor Sonny and then i'd realize I don't have any money. So on the day that I went to go pick up. My glasses have found out how to wonder why hes so big. Did they do heads from measurements? They told me they don't these are the only glasses. Have glasses fall off? It's not worth the state's money,

Dr Downs is a great optometrist! He’s patient with my 8 year old as well, he takes his time explaining what he’s going to do and answers all her curious questions 😊His optometry assistants are so friendly and are also very patient with my daughter. I absolutely recommend this office to all my friends and family!! The best part is they don’t do the test that blows the air in your eye!! They have cool new equipment!!

I love this optometrist. We've gone there for the last 3 years. We always go at the same time. He gets us in and out. He's fast and he gives us our PD without any trouble because we buy glasses online. I'm pretty surprised at the reviews. I hope more patients will respond soon.

First time visiting the Clovis Eye Q office for my baby boy’s appointment and went better than expected. He was seen in less than two hours. Dr Holt does great with eye exams and is quick and efficient. The staff was nice and welcoming too. Oh and if needed, they also have a quiet room you can use if available.
