Dr. Voyles was pleasant and very informative. She answered my questions and explained things well. Her exam was thorough and I enjoyed meeting and having her do my eye exam.

Dr. Sharieff and Lori are so wonderful. I've switched from using contacts and glasses into now using Ortho-K lenses with Dr. Sharieff's recommendation. I had never heard of this type of treatment before speaking with Dr. Sharieff. Though I may rarely use glasses to drive at night, I am able to go throughout my day without wearing any form of corrective lenses. Since I've been using contacts/glasses since childhood, not using any lenses at all during my days have transformed my life. A huge thank you to Dr. Sharieff for this treatment recommendation that was new for me, and for both Dr. Sharieff and Lori for your kindness and for being so welcoming each and every time I come and visit.

Going into the store, I was promptly greeted. Went over to my favorite section, Cartier as I was looking to pick up two new frames. Azhane took such great care of me and my brother. We were treated with patience, vast amount of information and were able to try on multiple pair of glasses. We got some insightful recommendations that we actually went with. It was a speedy process at the register. We were told we would get our custom lenses back in about a week and a half, it literally was less than a week when I was getting a call saying they were ready. Again, Azhane was a GREAT help and I will for sure be back.

been bringing my daughter here for years looks like all new staff is very uneducated, didn’t answer my questions. Majority of the time they were all on their phones and would answer me with short answers. The doctor was very nice and informative. On the other hand everyone else was completely spaced out on their phones. They have a good selection I’m frames and the doctor is nice that’s about it.

Recently, due to the problems I have had, I have been to the eye clinic at SBCHC many times. I express my best consideration for this clinic, for cleanliness, order and especially for its staff. In addition to the medical staff, I was also impressed by the girl at the reception, Ms.Jola Serani. She is very communicative and very kind. In addition to working at the reception, she explains problems as if she were a doctor. Once again, I express my gratitude for the work of the staff of this clinic. With respect, Drita Cuci.

I would rate Dr. Tittler a 10 if I could. From the minute I walked into his office he made me feel very comfortable. He explained the procedure I was having. He was very detailed and answered all my questions. I had my procedure done in his Stockton office. I was really nervous when I walked in. The lady at the desk was very nice and put me at ease. My procedure went perfectly, turned out just as I had hoped. I would definitely go back to Dr. Tittler if I need his services in the future.

Office hours are never convienient and takes forever for them to get you your contacts or glasses. Time is never of the essence for them, no matter how urgent it is to you. They Don't take valid concerns with your prescription if you don't feel it's correct since clearly there's No option to second guess their first vision test results! Although they are nice, I need a little more than just that!

Very bad treatment, they wasted 15 days of my time until I waited for the appointment, then the receptionist examined me, and when I asked her a question, she treated me badly and rudely, and she said, “I will not complete the treatment for you.” They wasted my time and refused to complete the treatment in general. Treatment I will file a complaint with the concerned authorities about this center
