Easy to check in at front desk. Dr. Pallan took plenty of time to do the examination and address any questions or concerns. I've been a patient for 6 years and have been 100% satisfied with her care. Absolutely ☆☆☆☆☆ !

Incredible service that started with the lady that answered the phone was super nice and friendly. The staff at the office made you feel comfortable and was acomodating. Everybody had a smile on their face and seemed to love what they were doing. The doctor as well was professional and explained everything thoroughly. Kudos to him because you could tell by the staff he made working there a positive experience. Thanks to all that made my experience positive. Oh and how good are they, I got rid of my white Cane and my seeing eye dog is officially retired and loving life and I now work for my dog.

Dr. Fallin is fantastic. He’s personal and very thorough. And, Cindy from the optical department is a total pro. She knows what she’s doing and takes the necessary time to get your frames and lens correct.

John Michael is such a nice person to see here! He has outstanding service, fast, and understanding . I appreciate the welcome and the short visit! I’ll continue to come here because of him!

Dr. Hornberger and his staff were very kind and helpful in answering all my questions. Great frame and contact lens selection. I would highly recommend for anyone’s optical needs.

Very clean and organized office. The staff is extremely patient and helpful. Dr. Pham always explains things clearly and she really makes it a priority to make all patients feel heard. The frames are stylish and very reasonably-priced.

I was in dire need of a new eye doctor and after multiple unsuccessful visits, I was lucky enough to come across Plaza Optometry. The office itself was clean and presentable and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Elizabeth Cho was very patient and showed interest in my care (which is rare nowadays) and their prices for the services offered are absolutely amazing considering the level of care and professionalism you receive. They did mention that due to COVID our glasses/contacts order may be delayed a bit (which is to be expected during these times); however, when we received our glasses the quality was so superb that it was absolutely worth the wait. I will not be searching for a new eye doctor and highly recommend you stop by too!

I wish all medical offices were as good as Fraser Eye Care. From the front desk to everyone else I have interacted with, the professionalism, care and attention are outstanding! Dr. Tuchowski is the best - explains everything and answers all questions. Kathy and Theresa are wonderful. It's so nice to leave with all your questions and concerns addressed and a plan for going forward. Gratitude!!
