10 weeks, 4 attemps, and still didn't end up with what I ordered. The people are very nice, decent lens prices, but the quality control is no where to be found. 1st attempt was cause i asked for a non yellow coating, got a yellow coating. Second was cause the left eye lens wasnt aligned right and made it blurry, to which i got "try it for a week". I didnt, cause i couldnt see WTH? The third was because the large, white ring making, gap im showing in the pictures. Fourth, and three weeks later, which i had to call and check what was going on, was a gap again. A gap which the next place i went to said shouldnt happen at all, saying it was signs it wasnt cut right. I know we all make mistakes but 4 tries is really bad, considering i felt like i had to convince them about their own mistakes for them to fix them, taking almost an hour every time i had to send it back. Just a lot of waste of time with no acknowledgement nor compensation for it. I did get a refund and a "thank you for trying" as a consolation prize for my two month wait for nothing. Check your stuff thoroughly when picking up.

I absolutely love this place. They are so helpful in selecting the best frame for your particular shape face as well as suggesting the additional options that can be added such as no glare, photo gray or transition. So nice to work with the professional style they have at this location. I always walk out of there feeling i Look the best I can!!!

Hello... Dr. Richard Padrón is an excellent professional; he takes the necessary time to address your vision problems. Unfortunately, the assistant who works with him tarnishes the good image of the center with her arrogant attitude.

Although I haven’t received my glasses yet the experience was really good. The Dr was professional and personable. I didn’t feel like I was rushed through their system or pressured in any way.

Dr Val was very welcoming and kind. She was happy to answer all of my questions and took her time with my eye exam. She had great attention to detail, she even addressed my dry eye concerns and was able to give me some trial drops the day of my appointment. I’m looking forward to coming back to see her when it’s time for another eye exam.

I had a wonderful experience at this Pearle Vision! The testing was done efficiently and the staff was very helpful and I could tell that they cared about my well-being. In particular, one of the staff members, Trish McCarthy, was very helpful in helping me find my old prescirption records.

I went in to have my glasses checked and Ryan Miller outstanding job. He went into great detail took his time with the exam and I would highly recommend if you're looking for a outstanding optometrist this is your guy. Cheers

Two of us walked in without appointment an hour before closing, and was well takened care of. Service was quick, professional, and thorough.

My visit was very pleasant, the staff was very professional,cordial and helpful. Doctor ford was very helpful and personable as always.

I didn’t have a great experience here. I had two different doctors over two years give me different prescriptions that didn’t work very well for me. They also forgot to finalize my contact prescriptions when I ordered a 6 month supply after using my trial lenses, and then when I went to buy more I had no active prescription. It had been less than a year since my appointment so I can’t get another full exam at a new place and I have moved so I can’t get back to them easily for an addition contact prescription appointment. Very disappointed that they didn’t own up to the mistake of forgetting to finalize my prescription after I ordered lenses since the contacts I purchased from them are not from my expired prescription. They’re nice here but I’ve just had a poor experience. This may be a fluke and I wouldn’t warn others away but I also wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
