Unbelievable........i scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance to have a cyst removed at the location in UP/Fircrest. I go in & they tell me its too large to remove & to go see someone else (even though this place is an eye, skin & cosmetic surgery establishment). So, not only did i not get what i went in for resolved, but i get a surprise bill for $337! & of course they wouldnt take my insurance AFTER receiving my card. Funny how you go in to get taken care of & they dont, but are happy to take your money! Also, if they "specialize" in more than 1 thing, chances are its not the greatest place to go. My advice? Stick to a place that specializes in 1 thing. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unfortunately. At least they answered 2 other questions i had, so its not a complete waste of time & 1 star review.......

I have never had a better eye dr than Dr Miller. He takes the time to review all of my questions and concerns. He is a pleasure to work with and always goes out of his way to make me feel comfortable. He is incredibly thorough and astute. When he fit me into new contacts, he personally checked on my progress. This is only one example of how Dr Miller is awesome. He will be my eye dr until he retires.

Dr. Jhajj is the best eye doctor I've ever had! She is knowledgeable, patient, and caring. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch eye care.

A mask works better if you where it over your mouth, rather under the chin. Dr Waldman touched my face to inspect a bump that I noticed on my eyelid. The first time he looked he didn't use hand sanitizer, nor was he wearing gloves. He did hand sanitize before touching the second time. I take cleanliness and my health safety seriously, they are too lax here.

I was referred to Dr. Tabandeh while traveling from the east coast and taken in the afternoonas as an emergency. The doctor and his entire staff treated me as if I was their best patient ever. Beautiful clean office, very organized process, and knowledgeable people that answer all questions. Dr. Tabandeh is patient and kind, extremely knowledgeable, and willingly shares every detail. I came in with a high degree of vision loss in one eye and a very bad day didn't seem so bad once their care began. I cannot thank Dr.Tabandeh and the staff enough. This is a great place to go for eye care.

Dr. DeRosa is the best. He is easy to talk to and always answers your questions. I trust him. He also has great staff.

Great optometry office. Dr. Guerkink is so thoughtful and experienced, and always makes sure my thoughts and questions are answered. The front desk and technicians are also very kind and helpful. Really nice modern, upkept place.

I gave one star because that’s as low as it goes, Dr. Hester was far below 1 star review. I had cataract surgery there and now have large floater in my right eye. He has refused to see me again and blocked me from his office. What a quack.

Advanced Vision was a wonderful experience for my 10 year old granddaughter. The advanced technology compared to our prior optometry center made her feel very comfortable for her images and eye tests. Dr. Trina took the time to explain what the images meant and explained the different options available for her vision type. We felt very comfortable with Dr. Trina's approach to try one item first before us proceeding to the second recommendation that she had given to be sure my granddaughter is comfortable with the new changes that were made. All staff that we worked with were very courteous and their facilities are top notch!

As my first visit to Visionsource with Dr. Erin Bales I was impressed with the quality of care that I received from the friendly front desk staff , to the care team, Dr. Bales and staff. My exam was extremely thorough and all of my questions were answered. It made me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend them. I will be sending my family and friends over to Dr. Bales !

Tried to get my glasses measured for the prescription I received. Did not understand what I was asking at all and then proceeded to find a way to charge me for that, and quoted 20 bucks. Never had that experience anywhere else. Won’t ever be back.
