This is Katie's 2nd time doing my lashes. I didn't know lashes could be so comfortable! I have beautiful lashes and I don't feel them at all! My lashes stayed on in Miami humidity and rain, when I worked out, sleep and all types of vacation activities. Katie has a delightful demeanor and a wonderful personality. I recommend her 100% for talent, skill and the experience. Ask for Katie and you won't regret it!

I worked for Doctor Gerald for 11 years and saw first hand the love care and compassion he has for his patients. I have worked for other doctors since but have not experienced the same quality of care Doctor Gerald provides.

I had a very pleasant experience getting an eye exam for prescription glasses here. They were reasonably priced, had a friendly and personable staff, that were quick to get you into your appointment with no problems. Dr.Dvorzsake was great, very friendly and easy to talk to. He went about the examination at a great pace, and was very professional in his method, was clearly very good at his profession. He also took the time to explain and talk to you about how your eyes are doing and their health and gave good advice. My exam did not feel rushed, as it has felt for me when I have been to other opticians. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Dvorzsake!

Hands down the best optometry in town! After leaving the store super satisfied, I had to bring my wife, toddler, and parents so they can be happy as I was. Everyone left happy, thanks to La Palma Optical's variety selection of products and Mr.Kim! He explained each product thoroughly, accommodating all my family's needs. I honestly couldn't believe the prices I was hearing. We ended up paying way less than what we usually pay while getting the best glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses ever. True one stop shop for all your vision needs!

I was told by my Ocularist Andrew Gougelman to see Dr Peter Wong MD. I walk out feeling so optimistic that he will help me. He was extremely knowledgeable about my condition and explained in detail what he would like to do. He made me feel so important and like a human being. Can’t wait to see him again. I feel confident that he will do what he can to make me look beautiful... thank you to all his staff. GIVE STARS!!!

Amazing Office I’ve been going there for 12 years. I love it.

Dr. Kim helped me with an urgent eye issue yesterday before leaving town for the holidays. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and compassionate. His expertise is admirable. I really appreciated the way he was able to explain, in detail, what was happening to my eye. His staff was very helpful and friendly as well. I am very glad he was able to work me in so quickly. I definitely recommend him.

Walked in felt very welcomed! Very nice lady up front took care of me tell me what all I needed to do and was very explanatory! A variety of glasses to chose from .. loved it!

I called shepherd eye care on Wednesday, because I needed to have an appointment before the end of the year. Do to other unforeseen circumstances that canceled out previous appointments. I was able to go in the next day, Thursday morning due to a cancelation. I was seen quickly and was able to make some other appointments that I had that morning. I've always been given professional courtesy and care throughout the years that I have been going to Shepherd eyecare. Yes, I would and have highly recommended Shepherd Eyecare to friends and family. Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year 🙏🏾

Awful! They sent my frames off to get new lenses that was supposed to take 3-4 weeks. Over a month later we called to see where my glasses were, and they said they have had them for weeks but forgot to call us. When I brought them home, the lenses fell out immediately. I tried popping them back in, but they didn’t fit quite right. The new lenses were the wrong shape and would not fit in the frames. When I called them on the phone, they were rude and basically hung up when we said we wanted a refund. When we went back in for a refund, they took my glasses and bent the frames trying to make the lenses fit (you can see in the photos). Instead of apologizing, the receptionist said “it’s fine, they’ll still fit your face.” After arguing, they finally refunded us…half. We walked out with my old lenses in my old frames (now bent) with half of what we paid them, and not even an apology. We're going to Lens Crafters next time. They don't take my insurance, but they’re 50 feet away in the same mall and I’d rather pay out of pocket for glasses than deal with this place ever again. Avoid this place. **Pictures show frames after being damaged when they tried to make their lenses fit when we asked for a refund. Originally their lenses were the wrong shape and would just pop out. Their answer was to damage my frames trying to make them fit. ***note*** Dr. at first appointment was nice and exam was great. 1 star. EVERYTHING after that was garbage.
