Dr Jefferies was opened during COVID-19 and taking all the necessary precautions to keep the office safe for all patients.
I originally booked my appointment online via ZocDoc. Within a few minutes my appointment was confirmed.
Now just keep in mind a "M.D." after a person's name makes a big difference and saves time and headache... not to mention level of professionalism displayed. ...and how they are trained to put you at ease during your surgery was much appreciated considering I was nauseous due to nerves
When you first go into the office you are greeted by Ms Susan. One of the sweetest and nicest people you will meet. She makes you feel very comfortable and explains your insurance coverage and any payment info to you.
You do not wait long to be seen, maybe 10minutes max i waited, but thats because there was 1 other person ahead of me. 5 minutes max the day of surgery
Once scene he did a thorough eye exam and let me know that I had to have a minor eye surgery due to a chalazion.
That was no problem... Ms Susan was able to schedule my appointment the very next day and the surgery went well.
Dr Jefferies will over communicate with you during the entire procedure start to finish to make you feel comfortable and i really appreciated that because I was super nervous to the point I started feeling nauseous.
30mins later I was done.... eye corrected and on my way home.
Thanks a bunch Dr Jefferies and Ms Susan for taking great care of me.

I have been a patient of Marietta Eye Clinic a few years ago for a long time and I always like the people there. Since my other eye clinic was closed I went back to this place to Dr. Denise Johnson , a wonderful pleasant person, who I admire very much. She is a very friendly good doctor and I really like her and her staff very much. I would recommend her to my friends and family. This is a good practice. Thanks

The staff was very patient with my son, but once we stepped out to get glasses for my daughter, no one was to be found. The lady working the eye glasses had went on her lunch break. I understand needing to eat, I'm not a terrible person, but If you knowingly have patients in office needing to pick out glasses and then measure them, why would you take a one hour lunch break? I was told that I could wait for her to come back. Here's the thing- I had my three kids all under the age of 4 with me and we live over an hour away. It is not my job as a patient to be considerate to your needs, I don't work there. I took my three screaming kids home, and wasn't able to order glasses for my daughter. I called the office 4 times on the way home, and no one answered. I finally got ahold of a corporate number and they told me if they aren't answering the office that I would need to go inside to speak with someone about getting the glasses ordered. Well, gee. Why didn't I think of that?.. a week passed, and I was able to go back to get them ordered and the lady was so rude as if I am inconveniencing her. I wouldn't even be making this review if just one person would have taken the second to help us. When you work in a place of business, you are suppose to do everything in your power to make your patients feel at ease and comfortable. I will not be going back.

I do not recommend Dr. Bratton if you are taking your children for an exam as she is not patient with kids and gets irritated fast.
I took my toddler for an exam and she made a very rude comment about him maybe having “autism” just because he wouldn’t sit still in my lap. Which made me feel bad.

The office is very efficient. Was called back within 5-10 minutes of arriving. Tests were performed quickly and professionally. All assistants were knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Wilkens is personable, thorough and professional. The entire visit went well and I would recommend this practice!

Marietta Eye Clinic is a place where I feel safe to trust the knowledge of the techs and the all the doctors in the office. At every visit, I am treated with care. I appreciate the knowledge that the techs have and the explanations of the testing. I also appreciate the time that the doctors spend with me to help me understand the testing results. My experience has been great!! I trust my eye doctors.

So, I hadn't had my eyes check in about 5.5 years, it was time for me to go. I logged in to my insurance and picked a place from their list that was close to my house/job which was Marietta Eye Clinic. The facility was nice and clean and the front desk associates were friendly but when I went back for the exams the staff seemed stale and not really personable. If you just want an exam and a new scrip it was fine but for me, I like that personal connection and I did not feel that as a new patient which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

Dr. Greenberg was nice and AWESOME with our daughter (who doesn’t love going to the doctor’s office)! There was no wait and the exam was quick but thorough and he answered all our questions. His staff was friendly too!

Dr. Sethi was wonderful. She was professional, and at the same time was able to engage with my son in a fun way so it wouldn’t be stressful for him. She spent the time to answer our questions. Make sure you fill out their forms electronically beforehand and the check-in process and your wait time should be a breeze like mine. I forgot to ask for a doctor’s note for school but they quickly emailed me one. Overall, a great visit. Dr. Sethi will be my son’s eye doctor going forward. I give her office my highest recommendation.

Great location, ample parking. Fabulous reception staff and techs. Comfortable waiting area. The doctor impressed me with his knowledge and patience. My daughter has special needs and is non verbal and this visit was smooth as butter. My only complaint was the wait. My appointment was scheduled for 8:20am, I saw the doctor at 9:43am with no apology. With young ones (babies or toddlers) or special needs kiddies, that makes you want to grind your teeth or rip your hair. Other than that, I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Suji is an amazing Optometrist. He’s very thorough, personable and gives you care specific not only to your eyes but you as a person. No long waits and a very nice office. His staff is very knowledgeable and will provide you with the best and most affordable options based on your needs. I would definitely recommend Marietta Vision Professionals.
