My son and I went to Pearle Vision to get new glasses. We walked in the day after Labor Day, and Timothy greeted us. I explained that we were there to get glasses and already had prescriptions. He said we could make our selection while he pulled my insurance information. He was friendly and provided excellent service to both of us. Of course, I kept changing my mind on my frame selection. He was patient and told me to take my time. My son and I left satisfied that we made the right choice. We picked up our glasses today, and we they make us look good!

While I love my glasses, the customer service at this establishment is absurd, rude, uncompassionate, and couldn't be bothered to be understanding of a customer who's been trying to reach them for over two weeks about their credit card being charged twice.
I understand it was a computer glitch, but I had to wait nearly a third week to get that information. Thankfully my credit card company issued a refund immediately 2 1/2 weeks ago when I noticed the second charge come out.
The manager just kept repeating that they had issued refunds this week on Monday(mine had already been taken care of by Capital One) I just wanted the manager to own their mistake of never calling me back.
I didn't want anything for free, or a discount credited. I just for them to be aware their customer service was lacking on a realistic call back of a customer rightly being upset about nearly $400 extra dollars being charged. Listening is the greatest skill to have.
I ended the call telling them I wouldn't be returning to ever purchase glasses for myself or my family due to lack of customer service. The manger said "Oh well, sorry you feel that way bye."

Marietta Eye Clinic has everything you need for vision and treatment with convenient locations all over Atlanta. The staff members are caring and professional. The Doctors take time to get to know you and meet your needs. It is a pleasure to have a practice so responsive to its patients.

From walking in, to walking out of the door, a great experience! Greeted by a friendly chorus of hellos, I was seated for a relatively short time in the waiting room, retrieved by a cheerful and gregarious technician who made the initial evaluation “painless” and then quickly seen by the doctor who was efficient and reassuring. I smiled all the way home thinking, “I wish all doctor’s appointments were so blissfully easy!”

My visit with Dr. Augustine (Roswell location) resulted in the best eye-glasses prescription yet, and I see it (laterally!) as well as feel it each time I put my glasses on! It took me no time to 'get used to' the new prescription either, which, I believe, is the result of the prescription itself! Dr. Augustine herself was very professional, thorough, and truly caring. She did not only prescribed me wonderful glasses, but she took additional steps to monitor changes in my eye and gave me eye-drop coupons. I will for sure be requesting that she take care of me in the future as well. I would like to add that the technician who took care of me on that day was very thoughtful and gentle. My eyes are sensitive, but she found different ways to collect information when what she tried first didn't work for me. Last, when I misplaced the hardcopy of my prescription, the clinic emailed it to me in no time. I wholeheartedly recommend Marietta Eye Clinic, and especially Dr. Augustine!

Dr Jefferies was opened during COVID-19 and taking all the necessary precautions to keep the office safe for all patients.
I originally booked my appointment online via ZocDoc. Within a few minutes my appointment was confirmed.
Now just keep in mind a "M.D." after a person's name makes a big difference and saves time and headache... not to mention level of professionalism displayed. ...and how they are trained to put you at ease during your surgery was much appreciated considering I was nauseous due to nerves
When you first go into the office you are greeted by Ms Susan. One of the sweetest and nicest people you will meet. She makes you feel very comfortable and explains your insurance coverage and any payment info to you.
You do not wait long to be seen, maybe 10minutes max i waited, but thats because there was 1 other person ahead of me. 5 minutes max the day of surgery
Once scene he did a thorough eye exam and let me know that I had to have a minor eye surgery due to a chalazion.
That was no problem... Ms Susan was able to schedule my appointment the very next day and the surgery went well.
Dr Jefferies will over communicate with you during the entire procedure start to finish to make you feel comfortable and i really appreciated that because I was super nervous to the point I started feeling nauseous.
30mins later I was done.... eye corrected and on my way home.
Thanks a bunch Dr Jefferies and Ms Susan for taking great care of me.
