I had the BEST experience today! Monique was the associate who helped us- due to staffing, they were set to close early, but she reopened the store when she saw me at the door and helped us with the purchase of a pair of glasses for my daughter. Your kindness is so appreciated, Monique!!!

Dr. Cler is the most caring professional optometrist in Orange country! My daughter started crying about something in her eye Friday late afternoon while playing. After flushing her eye with eye drops she still complained of something in her eye and we thought maybe it would actually work its way out after the eye drops. The next morning her eye was a bit swollen and it was evident she still had something wrong. I reached out to Dr Cler via phone early Saturday morning and he called back right away. His office is closed on Saturday but he came in to his office just for us to make sure our little 8 yr old was ok. After all she did have a piece of foliage in there and Dr. Cler was able to remove it. She is so excited that her eye feels better! Dr. Cler we are very thankful to have an amazing optometrist so close to us here in laguna beach. Enjoy your weekend!

This place is horrible, dirty, the lady who is at the reception does not help the patient with a bad face! I will not go again and I do not recommend it at all, do not go

I had a pleasure of Cohen Eye institute this Saturday. I arrived on time and the staff were ready to accept me. The wait time was close to none. They were very professional and accommodating. The doctor that I saw spent plenty of time with me and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and understood my concerns. The office was extremely clean and updated. Overall the experience was very positive. As a fellow physician, I can assure you you will be best taken care of by a team of highly trained professionals and all your eye care can be addressed at the Cohen Eye Institute.

Moved into the area a year ago and am so glad to have this office nearby! It's a beautiful space and I've never had more fun shopping for glasses --I really appreciated how kind the ladies are. The patience and feedback on my frames gives me confidence they are gonna be my most stylish ones yet. I've been getting contacts for 26 years now, and this doctor by far inspires the most confidence. He is approachable while also taking eye health seriously. My new contacts feel great and I can see better than I have in a long time. He corrected an old script and the difference in my everyday is a game changer. Overall, doctor's appointments and new offices can be stressful -this was not at all! Highly recommend checking them out for your vision and eye care needs.

All staff and Dr. Fallin were welcoming and efficient in their positions. They clearly explained each procedure of the eye exam before it took place and answered any and all questions. Dr. Fallin thoroughly explained the results of each test in understandable language. I did not feel pressured or rushed at all. Highly recommend to anyone needing eye exam.

Dr. Hawks’ practice is professional and well trained on their work and in their interactions with people. We are always well taken care of by all. Dr. Hawks is thorough, communicates well in informing patient about exam results and and invites input from the patient. We give him and the practice our appreciation and our highest ratings.
