Dr Lows is excellent! She is well versed in all areas of eye care as well as other areas. She's diagnosed other medical issues that some of my other Dr's missed. She cares about her patients and goes the extra mile. If there's a problem she will find it. Smart, intelligent and the best!

Do not ever go here unless you want to be scammed. My insurance is not being billed correctly and the office is coding things incorrectly. They are trying to charge me before billing insurance. I've called my insurance and they can see what's going on and advised me that this office is committing fraud by the way they are doing the billing. The office manager is very unprofessional and is not manager material and should never deal with customers. I tried talking to the office manager in person when I first noticed an issue but she took me into a room by myself and got in my face, yelling and screaming at me and wouldn't let me say a word I finally got a chance to get up and get out of there. A couple months later the office manager called me and it was the same thing. She yelled and screamed at me on the phone about my bill and would not let me say anything. I ended up hanging up on her. I'd rather go blind than to deal with the attitude I receive here.

I do not recommend Georgia Eye Specialist for the below reasons.
1. Facility is still running in 1700s. Everything from the creaking door to the lack of technology.
2. It was waiting for an hour before I could see the doctor. When I asked the front desk instead of being courteous they simply blamed me for not coming in early to do the new patient paperwork. There was no communication from them prior to the appointment to come early.
3. After waiting for so long, I finally saw Dr. Chopra for glaucoma. I was satisfied with the way nurses conducted the eye exam but Dr. Chopra was in a rush. When I asked clarifying questions (regarding borderline glaucoma), he got impatient with me. He recorded some voice notes on what looked like a flip phone/voice recorder for the referring ophthalmologist. I guess he was planning to send them an update. I was curious what he was doing but he didn't like it when I asked. Also, I asked if I needed new glasses and he said he doesn't know anything about eye glasses and I should keep him out of that conversation. How does an eye doc not know anything about glasses?
4. Lastly, I paid close to 400$ for a glaucoma test and I've really good insurance coverage. I would be REALLY REALLY careful before going to this place. I will never go back.

Dr. Chopra is amazing he took care of my cataract, and the surgery was easy. His staff is great and personable. Michelle and Miss Debbie are always so nice. Amy in scheduling is awesome as well. I drove from Douglas ville to get it taken care of.

My mother is 79 years old . She had glaucoma in both of her eyes. She went to Marietta eye clinic . Dr.Mitchell fix both of her eyes. Dr.Mitchell is very knowledgeable .He knows a lot about glaucoma . He's very detailed about what exactly he's going to do to your eyes when you have surgery.He explain to you that you would see much better after the surgery is done. I'm so happy and excited that she can see everything clearly now. Now I have an eye appointment . I'm excited to see what they can do for me. Everyone is very nice . Dr.Mitchell is my mother's hero. All she talked about is how everything looks so bright now. Thank you ! Dr.Mitchell

Beautiful new building. Well laid out. From receptionist to Dr. Johnson and staff. I had a very smooth experience. Friendly people, patient and helpful. As I was used to the old building and some not so nice experiences in the past I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I came in contact with was sweet and helpful. I felt treated with respect. So many times I've felt not taken seriously previously as a senior but this staff was respectful and treated me kindly.
I highly recommend Marietta Eye Clinic.

Not thrilled that an associate did the eye exam. She was disinterested and I felt like a number. I wasn't confident that she got my prescription correct. I need to go back for my right eye. Another associate was new and actually poked my daughter in the eye.
On the upside, check in was quick. The reception/check out desk employees were really nice.

My experience here was beyond exceptional. I called with an eye issue and the took me in immediately. Dr espanet was extremely kind and helpful. I cannot praise this facility enough. The entire staff is very friendly, professional and courteous. I can honestly say it deserves more than 5 stars.

The front desk lady and the doctor who examined were outstanding customer service. The general manager Paul, unfortunately wasn’t able to communicate properly because of his salesy attitude. We referenced specific promo and he was quick to tell us that the service we already got disqualified us. Basically feel scammed out of be able to get what I truly needed, which was eye exam with 2 pairs of glasses.
For that reason, I recommend one of the other locations. Like I said, front desk and Doctor were excellent. Just couldn’t share any proper communication with the dictator gm mentality (Paul).

First time at the tradition location and I was very impressed, the store was very clean and quiet . However what made our experience exceptional was the help of the sales Associate William , he is incredible, very patient , personable and knowledgeable. William goes above and beyond to make his customer happy and make sure the type of glasses he sales meet his customers expectations and lifestyle . We were very pleased with him will be back soon to get more glasses and he is 100 percent recommended
