good doctors with a lot of experience. downside, 1 doctor had an attitude and WALKED OUT of an eye exam. hopefully was just a bad day but dr P was very unprofessional on one occasion.

I was terribly late. I was alone, in a pick up truck, opening the really heavy tailgate, closing the really heavy tailgate & unloading the walker and as leaving, loading the walker. I didn’t mention this was my first visit here. The Cobb Eye Clinic is practically in the same block as The Cobb Eye Center. Of course I didn’t pay close attention to the signs and went to the wrong one but finally made it here. So late and they all had each other’s back. They all had a job to do and it was past time to leave by 5-7 minutes. They were patient and kind. They took time to explain things in simple speech that I could understand. They are serious about our eyes. I’ve recommended them before and I will again..

I called and made an emergency appt because my eye was 75% blacked out and I had no peripheral vision. They got me in the same day at 3:45pm, Dr. McNeeley saw my concern and had the office call and get me in right of way which was 1:15pm, thanks to her knowledge and care I was able to see the retina specialist the same day and I had emergency retina reattachment surgery the next morning. I can not say how thankful and appreciative I am for the care I’ve received and still getting. Every single person I have come in contact with have been absolutely amazing ❤️❤️🙏🙏

Horrible experience with one particular staff member. Eye injections are hurtful and cause me great anxiety. Today marked my second one. As soon as my daughter and I hit the parking lot I completely go blank a d focus within attempting to calm and smoothe myself. I am always unsettled having to have them and get no sleep the day prior. I totally wasn't present and wasn't comprehending the diagnostic scan taken and when asked if i got one replied no. The two employees that I had a client-employee relationship with kept assuring meI did to which I kept saying no. The therapeutic relationship was going well until out of now where unannounced with no patient-employee relationship this person comes in disruptively aggressive and very unprofessionally interjects in our conversation. No introduction. No manners. She did nothing but escalate the matter by heightening my anxiety and upsetting not only me but my dsughter. This persons tone and.body language gestures were not approproate or ok EVER use at any place of employment. Moreover, my dsughter and I overheard the whole conversation between this person and other staff. Obviously she stated, "I dont care." She doesn't

I had cataract surgery done on my left eye by Dr. Panda. I remember during surgery a nurse in my face screaming. I screamed back why are you yelling at me? Then I said that was moving because my nose was itching. They doped me up more. I ended up being wheeled out of surgery with my eye bandaged up. It took me a day to get over the sedation and my eye is swollen.

Dr. Augustine is one of the kindest, most compassionate doctors I've ever had. I always make sure to schedule mine and my husband's appointments with her. Going to the eye doctor is an ordeal for most folks, but Marietta Eye Clinic makes it very user-friendly. The techs are excellent and the one I had made the process painless and almost fun! Plus, this clinic has been around for a very, very long time and I have been going there for many, many years. Very pleased with my visit this year.

I travel a bit to get to this office - just how much I trust them, even with my doctor retiring. His replacement has been wonderful and I feel good when I leave. The exam makes me feel like I can see better than every as they work hard to make it right.

Do not bring anyone elderly to this place. My father, who is diagnosed with severe dementia, had an episode during his evaluation. After trying to help talk Dr. Ho through the episode, he immediately got up and said “I can’t do this.” I guess he’s never had experience working with someone with dementia. We rescheduled the appointment for a month later only for this office to call me three times asking if he would be ok for the appointment. After reassuring them two times, they called again today to say that they would not see him and refused the appointment. So, my father may go blind now. Shame on them and very unprofessional of them to do this. Two weeks worth of time was wasted due to their indecisive decision-making and I could have used that time to find another provider to help my Dad, especially since I am unsure of the severity of his cataract condition. They may be decent with other people, but I would not bring an elderly person to this place (especially someone with dementia). Please do not believe anything anyone at the Marietta office says, as it is all smoke and mirrors and attempts at empathy. It is nothing that can be said to empathize for this type of unprofessional and prejudicial behavior. Thank you for absolutely nothing. I truly hope I can help others avoid the same type of experience I had at this place.

I was referred by my insurance. My experience has been great so far. They listened and it was easy to make appointment. My surgery is scheduled for November, 2023. I keep my hands crossed. I am hoping for the best. Overall, getting hold of someone on the phone can be extremely difficult. I called FIVE times before I was able to talk to someone. They need to improve their phone system.

I scheduled my contact eye exam months ago. I arrived today and upon checking in I was advised they didn't have a contact fitter in the office today nor had they had one in the office all week. It would have been nice if I had been notified so I could have rescheduled my appointment or gone somewhere else. I took time off work for this appointment. I have a 10.00 eye exam copay and I was charged 60.00. When I asked about this the front desk girl said oh we've been having problems with that. I assume overcharging for office visits. The front desk girl half-heartedly apologized and said she would email “people” and have the overcharged be credited back to my account but it could all depend on my bank when I would see the credit. The only positive thing was Dr. Lows. She’s amazing. Greeted me with a smile and was professional the entire time. That's something I didn't get from the front desk nor the guy in the optical department.
