Got my glasses fixed same day for very good price. Very nice people.

Dr penmatcha went out of his way for me on several occasions one time I got an extreme bloody nose just from high blood pressure and he and his nurse actually walked me over to the ER next door at Genesis

Just absolutely excellent care. Way better than my last eye doctor, who I felt was just trying to sell me eye drops and fish oil pills. The doctor takes the time to really go over any issues with your eyes with you, and the staff and very helpful and responsive. I’ve been coming here since 2021.

Dr Killian and the staff members were very professionals, very helpful. Highly recommended. Clean, everyone were very polite. Honestly, the best eye clinic I have ever been, because of the way they took care of me. I definitely highly recommended.

Always had the greatest experiences there. I sadly left San Francisco 10 years and I have never had a better eye health care then Eye Gotcha. Greg is fantastic and so was the rest of the staff. I actually hate to do this I’ve never left a review for any place but to me the service I’ve received is unacceptable. I will start by saying the dr is nice exam wasnt bad. But I can’t get anyone to call me back or answer the phone. Then when i do get ahold of someone they tell me they can’t hear me will call right back that was 2 hours ago. I don’t feel like i should be having to chase around when glasses will arrive. I also feel like if you say you’re open online then someone should be able to reach a person. The process of getting my glasses and now my son that needs them have been pleasant. This is my third year and it’s this way when it comes to receiving my glasses every time.

Professional. Friendly. Staff is accommodating in helping me feel comfortable with services. Diagnosis and Treatment are explained thoroughly and my preferences acknowledged. They have responded quickly as well to my urgent call in the past. Highly recommend.

Dr. Esparaz is very sweet , professional and thorough. She made me feel comfortable and also helped my son, 4 years old, feel comfortable during my visit. The office is very nice and clean. Such a professional, yet comfortable environment. 100% recommend Dr. Esparaz.

Our whole family sees Dr. James. He along with his team are friendly and great at what they do. He takes his time to listen to patients and then does a good job explaining what needs to happen. I highly recommend his practice to anyone.

My office visit was great. Then trying to get my information sent to my doctor for blood work was a horrible experience. Went to the Doctor on the 11th. Still have not received my records. Was supposed have been faxed and mailed still have not received any faxes or mail to my Doctor. .I have to get my paperwork myself after waiting two weeks for the run around. Claims the Fax machine iwas unable to go thru. Mailed but never received. POOR Customer Service.
