Dr. Pallan was very thorough and spent a great deal of time with my daughter and I. She explained things well to us and was very pleasant to work with. Only negative comment I have was that we did wait approximately 40 minutes to be seen for our appointment time. I was willing to be patient with the wait because our previous doctor would have us wait 2 and half to 3 hours. We will return. We were overall happy with our experience.

Dr Rosenberg and staff are truly an amazing team, My cataract surgery far exceeded anything I hoped for. I am forever grateful. Dr Rosenberg is a gifted professional with a calming disposition. My eye sight has immediately gone from standard resolution to high definition!

Bob is just wonderful. I saw him for the first time today after my eye's been hurting on an off for a week now. He took time to explain what's going on with my eye. I would definitely recommend him. He now has a new patient.

I am so incredibly impressed with Dr.Vu!! My new progressive glasses have been a complete mess after being incorrectly measured by Walmart Vision Center (three times, no less!), but he went above and beyond his job and diagnosed and the issue and even explained the vision center what was wrong with their measurements every time. Let’s be clear that measuring glasses is not his job and in a world that revolves around money, he took time out of his busy patient schedule to help an issue that was not even his, and not once but multiple times. This speaks volumes about Dr Vu’s dedication and care for customers and his expertise is truly appreciated. His support made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommending Dr Vu.

I rarely write negative reviews, but in this instance, I feel so ignored as a potential patient of Dr. Wilkes, that I felt I had to provide this information to the public. This is how little the doctor and his staff concern themselves with the welfare of their patients. I had made an appointment two weeks ago, was told that an appointment 14 days out was the best they had. I was miserable and needed some help and I asked that I be put on a wait list in case they had a cancellation, which they never did. I also asked that because I was going to the doctor for a specific problem, excessive tearing and dry eyes, that I not be given eye drops. I had no one to drive me. I was told by the person making my appointment that they did have a machine the process of which allowed the same information to the doctor and he could decide if he needed to do that. My regular Optometrist has this machine and he has never put drops in my eyes. For these two weeks, I have suffered with this seriously miserable problem This morning, two days before my appointment, I received a phone call from the office saying that Dr. Wilkes would not see me if I refused the eye drops. Two days before the appointment. If this was their rule, why was I not told this when I made the appointment, and what happened to the machine they claimed to have? Did they make other arrangements for me to use the machine they said they had? No. Did they make an appointment for me with the optometrist that they have which specializes in dry eyes and would not require the eye drops? No. I was told that the dry eye optometrist required a referral. No one seemed to think that a patient who had waited and had been suffering needed any consideration whatsoever. My feeling is that once a doctor has become too enamored with his own ability that his potential patient and their suffering is of no concern to him, then maybe he needs to not be able to inflict further suffering on patients and look into a different career.

Girl answered phone is rude. Hung up on me when asking about insurance. Just quick to say they don't take Medi-cal but they do take hmo / ppo Medi-cal so she just needs to slow down and know what she's talking about.

Great experience! Dr Le Phong is extremely personable, but also to the point and doesn't waste time. He has a small office and when I arrived we went straight to paperwork and I was in the chair in minutes. He does not overcharge or push products. Very glad I went with him, will continue to get exams here.
