I have been under the care of the Envision Eye family for close to a year now and boy, personally being in the hospitality industry, I have never seen such high level of care and concern. I am so fortunate to be under the care of the Envision Eye staff. I have the pleasure during every appointment to see the two beautiful smiles of Alberta and Barbara. Being under the care of such a compassionate person, Dr. Ross, is such an amazing learning experience and true honor. Thanks for saving my Eye! Eye Love ya'll!!!! <3

Experienced top of the line care and courtesy for my visit to this eye doctor. I went for contact lenses after so many years with glasses. The technician, Cherish, Was so sweet, patient and helpful! Dr Johnson was very professional and helped me to make an informative decision, spescial thanks to Rene, general manager who helped me after I cancelled my order and was so patient and smiling all the time:) Thank you all for your help!

The optical center is very organized, clean & have a huge selection of frames in all price ranges. The staff is exceptional!!! Melissa took a lot of care and time explaining my insurance benefits (which were very confusing for me) and was very precise with ensuring my frames fit my face & the measurements for my progressive lenses were accurate. The customer service was the absolute best I’ve ever had at any optical store~even better than high end expensive stores in Laguna Beach! Highly recommend!!

Very positive atmosphere, friendly staff, they fill prescription requests quickly and Dr Kirk provides excellent medical attention

Excellent and professional, trustworthy. Our entire family is seen by Dr Shields. Highly recommended, he has been great helping my wife who needs special attention in her prescription including prisms.

Dr. Blevins is amazing with all that visit him. My kids love going in to see him. The staff is friendly, kind, and always very helpful when we are there.

I recently went here for an eye exam and had a such a great experience! I was looking for a new optometrist closer to home and came across Northwest Family Eye Center through Google. I saw Dr. Anita Nguyen, and she was wonderful - friendly, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer my questions and made the entire visit comfortable and enjoyable. I'm so glad I found my new regular optometrist and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care!
