Very good optometrist! Took good care of us.

I took my child to have and exam and the staff was nice until I asked where I can have the glasses done and the lady behind her computer smarted off and became sarcastic and then the whole staff laughed at me for a simple asked question. They were ok until they decided to become unprofessional. My child even asked why the lady was so rude. I will NEVER allow them to have my business again!

This place is a Joke there is no respect for others . The wait time is ridiculous, Both times i have gone the doctor is on lunch while pésele are waiting. Instead of having a specific time for their breaks to respect the patients. I personally have to do a surgery that has been rescheduled 3 times without my notification. Is like they are playing around with my health . My issue is very concerning to me and i am scared for my well being how ever this doesn’t seem to matter to them. Is very poor service, ridiculous, you can’t count on people like this.

I've been going here for years, My children also and I highly recommend Bard optical. The staff is wonderful and so is the eye doctor. I'm on Meridian and they have a great selection and if I didn't like something or they didn't have the frame that my insurance would pay for..(then they have affordable frames that I can purchase out of pocket) When you walk-in, they greet you with a smile and friendly service.

Martin is the MAN!!!!! He had stopped in one day at my shop and we got to know one another, but I also had a customer that was an eye doctor and sold glasses as well. So I forgot about MR. Martin, but I ended up getting metal in my eye and went over to Paoli Eye to get it taken out, and when I was there Martin and I got to get together again. I wanted a new pair of glasses and wanted them to match what I already had, well I just got them today and could not be more happy. Very knowledgeable and pricing was very competitive. He has a customer for life with me, I will be telling all my friends and family.

Dr. Ehlers performed a corneal transplant on my right eye and has followed my healing process ever since. This is my second transplant as my left eye received a new cornea prior by a different surgeon. The whole process has been implemented with remarkable care and professionalism by his whole staff. I highly recommend Dr. Ehlers and continue to be thankful for the eye sight he provided me. I couldn't help but notice the 7 one star reviews with no specific feedback all done at the same time. What an abuse of the review process that is meant to give concrete personal information to the public so they can make informed decisions.

These guys at EyeQ Optical definitely deserve every gold star of the five, and then some! I have never had such a great experience at any other eye clinic. Dr. Adams is so very wonderful & so thorough in his work too. Him and his staff are very friendly and accommodating, they make me feel incredibly comfortable and cared for which, in turn, makes me feel like I'm in the best of hands possible for all my eye care needs! They offer a wide range of services including but not limited to standard vision and medical exams, as well as regular prescription glasses & sunglasses and contacts. EyeQ Optical with Dr. Adams and his staff is a great place to get complete eye care needs for just about anything you might need or be looking for. Dr. Adams and his staff are truly a rare find!

Dr. Matthews helped me for a long time with my eye exam. It was the first full eye exam I've ever had. He is very knowledgeable and very nice. He has state of the art equipment in his office and he explains everything very clearly. I now have glasses and my vision is like the difference between regular TV and HDTV! He was so helpful and I will never go anywhere else for an eye exam!

I had a great experience here! I went here because my old eye doctor quit, and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was friendly and I was in and out. They are conveniently located as well. The eye doctor also helped to reassure me of something I was told to be an issue in the past, but it seems that my old eye doctor was brushing over it quickly and was giving me incorrect information. I have found my eye care place from here on out! 😄

I'm not 100% sure of the guy's name, but I believe his name was Joe. I was out of town for work and stopped in there because I accidentally sat on my glasses after one of my sales calls. Joe was very professional and took care of me. I was back on the road in 15 minutes and he took care of my old frames for me.
