I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service I experienced at this establishment. I found myself in a bit of a predicament, desperately seeking a place to repair my glasses. It was Labor Day, around 6:00 pm, and I was starting to lose hope. That's when a kind soul recommended this place to me. Upon entering, I was met by Martha, and her determination was truly inspiring. She didn't let the late hour or the holiday deter her in any way. With remarkable efficiency, she swiftly took action and, before I knew it, my glasses were fixed in the blink of an eye. Martha's dedication to her work and her commitment to helping customers like me in their time of need left me truly amazed. I can't thank her enough for her outstanding service, and I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of prompt and excellent assistance.

They didn’t take my insurance. However, they were super kind and helpful. The gentleman on the phone gave me the name and number of someone that could take care of me!

The atmosphere is very pleasant, I was greeted immediately at reception. Ms. Breeze and Dr. Lam made sure I was comfortable all throughout my routine eye exam and answered my questions professionally. Will definitely have my routine eye exam here next year.

Dr Blum staff is so rude especially the one in the back that works with him. When you get there they call people in that who come after you see the doctor before you. when you tell Dr Blum what they did he is so rude he doesn't even apologize for them. Him and his staff always be gathering and talking and they don't have no time with the patients. The come to the patients when they feel like it, and he did a 5 quick minutes check up with the patients and that's it. He is the worst eye doctor ever.

Very sweet and kind doctor! I went in for a complete eye exam at the end of the day and she immediately exuded an energy of familial care and was able to give me individual attention and thoroughly explain everything. My experience was good although I did have to sit and wait 30 minutes past my appointment and was the last patient.

The best optometrist ever. I have been his patient ever since I began wearing glasses in 2nd grade. I am now much older and had to say that if you want a respectful, polite, and fair optometrist I recommend Dr. Rossi. Thank you.
