The Staff is always courteous, professional and offer outstanding customer service along with state of the art eye equipment for the best in eye care. I really have come to appreciate them over the years and highly refer new clients looking for great eye care with great doctors and staff to come here. I think they are the best in the metroplex. I’ll definitely return for future eye care needs. These customers service was gr8. Me and my children were greeted when we arrived. Jameson, at the front desk, was very knowledgeable about various vision insurance plans, which I needed because the benefits from our current insurance had not renewed yet 😳. Not only was I able to establish a policy that I could use the same day for me and my kids, it was affordable and has good benefits. 😊 Also, the service was smooth with no long wait times. Ashley, helped to make us comfortable with our initial screening and questions and Dr. McGowan made sure each person had what they needed to see well.

Complete eye exam, diabetic dilated both eyes and photos of eyes. Great experience and they squeezed me in through a cancellation. Great customer service team from front desk to Dr. Mortenson and his assistant.

The most committed and attentive DR. Ive ever had. I have been seen by Dr. Lavery since I was 8. Im now 27 and still using them.

Excellent service. Dr. Tran reviews my glasses and contacts with me every year and makes sure I understand how my vision is doing over time. He and his staff are so helpful and patient whenever I have questions or need anything, you could not ask for a better eye doctor.

If i can give her negative star… i would… she did a reexaminations for me because the last optometrist screw up my prescription so my glasses came out not wearable… instead of helping me get my prescription correct… she practically closed the door and told me how the left eye was off but i had to wear these new glasses to have my eyes adjust to this OFFness in the prescription that they screwed up… i told her my head gets dizzy and hurt and my left eye also feels not right and hurt… that was why i didn't want to put up with it and wanting to come back to get them fixed… but she insisted that i must wear them cus they will not be responsible for the mistake they've made… just how can she get a license when she could tell ridiculous things to her customers…

My first appointment with the doctor was delayed by 15 minutes. Additionally, I was given the wrong prescription. During my second appointment, I had to wait nearly 45 minutes beyond my scheduled time. Despite feeling frustrated by these experiences, I decided to get my eyeglasses from their shop. However, when I received the eyeglasses, the prescription was wrong once again. I opted for the cheapest frame and lens, hoping my insurance would cover 100% of the cost. However, to my surprise, I later discovered that they had charged me over $200 for the subpar product. This entire experience with the eye doctor and the shop has been the worst I've ever encountered. I have no intention of returning for any further eye-related appointments with them

This is the beat Optometrist I have ever been too and me and my family have been going for years. Dr. Hamamoto is the best, she takes time to explain everything and is very personable and we always learn something new. Thank you Lifetime Optometric for everything!!
