Cannot recommend, as after 2+ months, they were unable to successfully provide a pair of working eyeglasses for my updated prescription (the contacts were fine). I have been wearing eyeglasses for 40 years, and I have never had this issue. In my several interactions with her, the sales associate in the frames department had the warmth of an ice cube.

My mother recently moved up from Corpus Christi and needed an ophthalmologist. We were referred to Dr. Ehrhardt with Sweeney and associates and were relieved to realize all of the staff is simply wonderful, kind and most importantly patient with my 83 year old mother. Thank you Dr. Ehrhardt and staff, you are appreciated.

My experience at the Williamson center was great. I had Cataract surgery on both eyes. I was scared at the first surgery, but the staff at the Center reassured me about the procedure and I was at ease. The 2nd surgery was great also . The staff was very professional and polite. They see you as a person and not seeing you as what they can get from your insurance. I truly would recommend The Williamson Eye Center to everyone that needs a professional eye exam. Trust I've been to some of the worst but The Williamson Eye Center is the best.

Wonderful place. Needed a minor repair for our daughter's glasses. Pearle Vision was more than accommodating, and very professional. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Djougarian for about 1 year. She recently performed my Cataract Surgery and the experience was excellent! She is an amazing Ophthalmoligist very friendly, attentive and caring. The entire staff are very professional and thorough. I highly receommend Dr. Alina Djougarian for all of your Opthalmic needs!!!

Had my lasik done by Dr. Roberts recently. It was an excellent experience. All the staff are professional, kind, and patient. I was super nervous about getting the procedure done. In fact, had a last minute panic and called the office with more questions, which they nicely and patiently answered. You do feel some intense pressure for the first part of the procedure but after that, the laser part is actually painless. Went home and sleep the entire day and was able to see well the next day. Overall, great experience. Would recommend this office for anyone who is considering lasik surgery.

The staff is friendly and polite whenever I go. I can’t speak for everyone else’s experiences. My problem is communication with the pharmacy. You’re talking about medication which i think is very important to some of us. So as we know people need these medications and telling someone their medication will be ready one day and it’s not can be a real problem. You can’t get anyone on the phone even if you tried your hardest. I’ve been trying to switch pharmacies for 3 days and by way of one of my biggest complaint, they just refuse to answer the phone. Sometimes they have no idea what’s going on with your meds, it’s almost like somebody is taking your stuff home for themselves with how long it can take at times to get information or your medication in general. I’m really only giving the 3 stars for the kindness of the staff but other than that I hope your life doesn’t depend on some medications you’re waiting for.

I can honestly say that out of all eye places in liberty avenue queens that I was looking into I highly recommend here wonderful customer service and the eye doctor is very professional and is very on point and skilled in understanding what the eyes need. The staff was so welcoming and wonderful and the payment plan is reasonable no pressure they work with you and make great recommendations that's suitable for eyewear. Overall I was very satisfied 🙂🙂🙂

Was helped by Joseph and ordered contacts for me and my husband. He was so helpful and patient. I think I will be getting my eyes checked here if the optometrist is half as nice as Joseph is! Excellent customer service!!!!
