I've never had glasses before, so I came here to have my new pair adjusted. Tammy was super helpful! She adjusted my glasses so that they fit perfect, and gave me a free case to go with them! Highly recommended.

The reason of 2 stars is because they will charge you $189 extra for what they call a kit which contains a pair of glasses a eye moisturizer and few other things. The problem is that they don’t ask if you want them before, they just charge you for it. Or at least mention before the surgery that you going to need them. they should give you the chance to buy them outside for sure cheaper than $180. Not a happy customer.

I absolutely love Dr. Bedsole and her office! They go above and beyond for each and every patient. The technician and receptionist make sure that everyone feels comfortable and welcome when they come in. Dr. Bedsole cares immensely about all of her patients and I can't wait to go back!

We have been seeing Dr. Rao for ~3 years. He performed corrective surgery on my son and we have eye exams every 4 months. Dr. Rao is amazing. He has always been great with my son and he's incredibly transparent / direct. I fully trust him with my son's vision issues

This review is for Chla vision center. Don’t recommend this place. Staff is extremely extremely rude. They schedule 40 patients in one hour . I’m not kidding you.

There was some miscommunication regarding my appointment initially,but they made an effort to make things right as soon as I walked in. I’ve been a long time customer of the woodlands location but decided on this one since it’s much closer to me. They are missing some brands that Hughes landing carries (..Chanel) but I was able to find glasses that I liked and the best part was that I got to wear them out of the store the same day without any second trips to pick up my glasses (Total time with eye exam was approx 1hr20mins) I will be seeing you guys again next year! :) thank you!

Very pleased with the staff. The check-in and schedule receptionist is very kind and efficient. The staff that leads you to testing stations is also very helpful 👍🏻 and efficient. Dr. Levine is through and a pleasure to see. He's great. All of the associates are great too.

the stuff members they are rude every time i go there to be seen by the doctor when i leave i always ask if they have anything to clean my glass they always say no even if i wanna pay for it one time i saw one of the stuff woman giving away the cleaner i ask if i can have one she respond no i don't have any

I went in yesterday to get my lens fixed because they were scratched (only one) and was blatantly told that it would be $200 to get it replaced because of the add-ons. I was given no further information to what else I could do. I've only had the glasses for 2 months and $200 seems very expensive and unfair.

Truly a great job by Dr. Martinez. He calmed my nerves about my Laser surgery, and the actual procedure was painless and quick. GREAT JOB Dr. Martinez. I highly recommend him.
